- This weeks video was the last film we made before Uk's second lockdown. We revisited a beach we haven't been to in a few months and found some of our most beautiful finds ever! We also met some of you wonderful subscribers! Come with us and see what we found

I love the premieres and getting to interact with Kate and Fleur and other mudlarks and mudlarking fans. I also get to learn some words and customs from fans that post from other countries. The video leaves me with a happy feeling of interesting finds, beautiful scenery and the camaraderie of people with similar interests. A great way to start Sunday mornings and looking forward to Mudmas! Thank you Kate and Fleur!
What a lot of lovely finds! I loved playing jacks as a child. Mine were metal!
Where else would you find...a rather large chandelier prism...a tiny, muscled arm...a grinning cat and his dog companion...jewels!!...the most gorgeous Mickey Mouse bottle stopper...spotted, colourful glass...and beads (because they are, in fact, never boring!) plus...the most amazing, swirly, smoky marble? Every trip, they find “something excellent!” Pour a cup of tea, add a biscuit and put your feet up... and come along, armchair travellers, to the Kit and Caboodlers world!! ❤️🇨🇦❤️

One thing I'd love to find most, if I knew where this beach was, are pieces of old, patterned pottery to add to make into a mosaic mirror frame for our bathroom.

The yellow and red glass baubles could be arms with mittens at the end. Just a thought to craft them that way. This outing is amazing. Don't ever apologize for the things you find, Kate. It's not like you can control what the tides and waves deposit . I thoroughly enjoyed watching you get that incredible stopper, Kate. I so want to come to London and England or Wales or Scotland; anywhere in the U.K. just to mudlarking.

it is nice that you can spend time s a family exploring amongst the coulourful fragments of history amongst the pebbles.
I agree that the stopper looks like a rooster! That was my first thought. Your clear ring glass beads look like Dutch donuts (a trade bead) but they may be something newer.

You could take the striped bead and put another bead on each side to make a necklace to go with your K earrings. Such wonderful treasures you have found again. Oh I wish there were places like this here where I am. My husband was watching mudlarking videos with me and I told him we need to find someplace to mudlark and he told me good luck with a jolly laugh. I’m determined to find a place somewhere. Lol

Was looking at those collar studs-- and I've thought this before, but I'll say it out loud now. You should make a *chess set* . I know.
