I had a dream recently where I was watching vinney stream a game and I made a bad joke in chat and he immediately stopped playing after reading it saying "alright surprise stream of a little game called vinny kills a chat member" and it switched to a POV shot of him driving his car and when he showed up my power went out and in the distance I could hear him kicking my door in shouting "PASTA LA VISTA"

Hundreds fires is or maybe was a premium game. It’s made by a dude who had two other mgs fan games: metal gear outer heaven and part 2. He even has a platformer. I really commend dude. Terrible games made with a good heart.

I honestly don't even think Hundreds Fires was that bad, at least not in the presentation. The cutscenes were pretty well made, if you can ignore the bad mic.

If Vinny honestly wanted to do a stream featuring those games on a Sunday one day I'd be down for it.
You could tell that the developers were trying to make a competent game and not simply selling a no effort cash grab. The cutscenes were stylized well and really captured the Peace Walker aesthetic.
Seriously, those games were an ad-free breath of fresh air in this horrible nightmare. They were clearly made by someone with little experience, but a whole lot of passion. Hell, the models and textures weren't too bad, they were just very low res. With better animations and sound mixing, these would really stand out even more.

Yes we had the shitty flash games back then, but they weren't riddled with ads every 5 seconds. At least you could play them for as long as you wanted without interruption from an annoying ad.

I think these are not made by an AI. Rather, these... these are being made by real people, who attend game creation classes.
They are generally aimed at young adults, although some smug elder people may get involved, too.
(Vinny’s millenial voice on) “- Yeah, come to us, learn how to create an Android game and make thousands of dollars from mobile advertisements! 100% revenue guaranteed - after all three hours of our course you will become a professional videogame developer! And these folks are damn rich! Enlist now!”.
They just buy stock assets and swap them out. It probably takes less than an hour to make one of these. There's stuff like this on steam all the time, though without the characters from other games.
These are being made by Indians and Chinese who abuse buzzwords and memes to get impulse-clicks from children. It's a system that shouldn't work, yet is incredibly successful because parents allow their phones to babysit their children. It's very similar to those weird videos that are still all over CZcams. Those ones called things like "Baldi happy sugar rainbow adventure time with Elsa and Spiderman GOT ARRESTED!?." It's all just abuse of a shitty advertisement system and a worse algorithm that tells you what you like. It could all be fixed in a heartbeat to protect children and end a horrible economic exploit, but Google is too busy fighting for "equality" to give a rats ass.

I feel like they should at least make like a Kid version of the Play Store that parents can toggle on or off. All the apps on there would be hand-picked by real staff members so they were all good and appropriate. Then they only have to moderate one small Play Store since they don't want to bother with the regular one.

-You can find gameplay of the third episode on youtube. I recommend watching the final battle because it's absolutely histeric.

I really *really* wish for a competent team to improve on Hundred Fires' gameplay, I only started with the MGS franchise a few months ago, but omg it looks so promising.
The story is also nice, setting up another perspective while keeping the Cold War themes.

This is my second favorite segment that you do Vinny, I can't watch getting weird with it because those tend to be really abrasive and while I like corruptions they can get REALLY REALLY LOUD. I think this is good in that it's garbage games, they tend to not be that loud, and I can show it to people who say "mobile games are the future" to see the dark dystopian hell they're talking about.
The thing that puts other segments down on the list is that some of them are just really hard to find, games get buried in this channel, I didn't even know you'd even played a castlevania game until I actually stumbled on the streams for that somehow.

I will say that thanks to these Android streams, I now have Less Angels Crime on my phone and I thoroughly enjoy it (for laughs) every now and then. But I totally understand how they can get someone frustrated.
Old flash games were pretty rad. I remember those good old days. Same goes for the Playstation demo disks. I remember watching the trailer for Resident Evil 2 and playing the Bushido Blade demo over and over and over. Good times.
