I have pictures. But it said "Press S button to continue" and the hospital remote didn't have that button. I was curious of what it was, and I laughed so hard because it made me think of you- this is the greatest coincidence of my life.

I doubt you'll read this, since this comment is 3 years old, but Infinite Mario Bros is actually a legitimate game (sort of.). Though it's obviously not made by Nintendo, it's a pretty decent at best Mario Flash game (In my opinion.), it has no end, and it generates random levels (hence the double mushrooms). Super "Nario" is literally a crappy mobile port of said Flash game, they just changed the name and the character sprite for a quick couple of bucks, disgusting...
Welp, here come the Neighbor Games. Gotta love the "Variety" and "Creativity" these games have.
