@@Coach_MarioRios i dont agree, when you have smaller triceps and big biceps it just makes it look more aesthetic. plus biceps dont grow to a monsterous size like the triceps do unless you use steroids. you want smaller arms for better preformance in fighting

I actually like this tier list but I'll definitely put chest in A tier cause where i am from young men generally dont have good gentics for chest so growing it properly is important for asthetics.
I would rank neck and traps higher. Most people won’t have overdeveloped neck unless u already had a good neck from the start for me once u stop isolating if you lose a lot of size
Id honestly say that calves should be treated just like the neck here, they shouldn't be so small that it looks like the bone is the only thing there but also not too big that it makes you look stubby and weird.
So you separated the core into abs and obliques but kept all the back muscles in one category?

I personally agree with the triceps one since i got nice triceps genetics,i rarely trained them ,i only trained with diamond push up when i was a beginner but they are really big compare to my shouldered that i neglected in my early fitness journey,now i felt disappointed

You should get to a lower body fat percentage just for health reasons but nothing too extreme. Like 16-24% while building muscle for your first couple years lifting, then you can try cutting down to

having naturally large calves is just a curse. not only is it impossible to train them due to every machine in my gym either being maxed out or hindered by other limiting factors, it makes it much more annoying to run as i literally cant do cardio, even with stretching and shit, for more than like 10 minutes at a tome because my calves just give out due to their huge size

I believe if you're natural and train for more than 5 years to an 8% body fat it's imposible to be big as a body builder you will get an athletic body for sure .

Bro I found one stupid bodybuilder saying this on insta whats your opinion in the following statement: Leg extensions is more functional than squat as it trains the quads in full range of motion, as while doing Squats the last ¼ range of motion gets untrained for quads, and gets taken over by other muscle such as lower back spinal erectors, gluteus muscle, etc. and in our daily life whether it’s walking, running, jumping, etc. most of these things are done in that little ¼ range of motion. Also the muscle needs to get trained in its full range of motion for its proper growth. It’s an isolation exercise, it only biases the quads, and no other muscle groups take over the movements, such as they do on squats. Leg extensions are the perfect movement to train our quads as it trains the primary function of the quads, i.e. knee extensions. It’s a machine movement, so it is lot safer, stable than squats; it puts the most resistance on the quadriceps. Research has shown this multiple time that , leg extensions is the most helpful for the older people who have , discomfort while walking . Researches have again proved us that leg extension improves walking efficiency, sit to stand time, vertical jump, sprint time, etc.

So to technically maximize our aesthetics, we'd need to look for the amount of weekly sets we need to do for each muscle group to get the most gains for abs, shoulders, back and obliques, slightly less for glutes and forearms, etc. ?
No, train everything evenly
No you want to put on as much lean mass as you can do that you can gain weight. Ignore what he said about calves makes 0 sense they’re the forearms of the lower and the 3rd largest muscle. They’re not just genetic they’re like any other muscle. Exercises for them aside from standard calf raise is seated, weighted stair master or walking up and down stairs, weighted tippy toe standing/walking. Hard to train but can be done. Another exercise no one does for the front of the lower leg are tibialis raises, you can overload that with a tib bar if you really wanna go there but at least master bodyweight tibialis raises that’s already more than 99.9% of ppl
