- This little card has some good bang for the buck, tricky with the drivers but was surprised on how well the 1080p performance worked for it.

I always thought this card was interesting, but the minidp connectors always put me off. Good to see a recent review of this!
bro same here until i realized what they were and how cheap the adaptor was!!
Honestly, an 7750 is a better and cheaper choice. It's pretty much the same card.
@@Liminal.Headspace I've seen low profile versions of the 7750 go for £40+ here in the UK and I managed to pick up a W4100 for £17. (Obviously if your building using an SFF PC :D )
This has more Vram and a lesser price tag.
What sort of problem with minidp? 5€ for any minidp to "all"
Good vid man, this is what I've been doing as well. We have to look into all budget options. Keep up the good work man
thanks bro appreciate. i think people are catchin on to these workstation card. they are starting to go up a little smh..
@@DLMtechgarage noticed that they are going for 50$ at the moment lol I was intrigued then I was like .....errr not for 50$
@@stevenwilliams6638 yup.... I would not pay that much but in a pinch for a build, guess Id have no choice.
@@DLMtechgarage yep, like I said last week spent 75$ on a gtx 670
@@DLMtechgarage will this graphic card work on desktop pc?
Dude! That price was a steal! I just checked eBay as I watched the video and the lowest price + shipping is $48
yea prices are nuts right now, think everyone is catching on to these workstation cards as alternatives smh...
Same situation here, but I think I have no other option. I have an SFF that I want to play Valorant and GTA V on, and this GPU wouldn't be the worst, even for $45
Man I saw that these are so cheap right now. I own a gtx 1660 but I genuinely wanna buy one just to play with it.
it is def worth it for the $40 they go for. I have been using them in budget builds lately and this has helped me to keep selling budget gaming computers for $200-$300
@@DLMtechgarage heh, could be fun to make cheap budget pcs for people. Buy it piece by piece.
Bro “Hoping the wife don’t notice” haha 😆 - nah babe this is old, c’mon!! Great Job dude, I was at Microcenter today, we got my lil Cousin the i5 11400, but they had 2 6900 XT’s......only $2500. Not too bad!!! 😂🤣😂🙂
wife's been getting suspicious lately with all the boxes comming in... might need to get her some flowers to keep her quiet lol...
I got one for the kids to play roblox on and was surprised when it ran Apex and Fortnite as well. We have our living room PC connected to a old 32 inch 720p screen so it actually don't look too bad at all! I paid 12.95 on the fleabay
I have a W5100 and with the newest drivers it works pretty well, it has 4GBs of GDDR5 VRAM and uses no PCIE power connectors and it has 4 x Display Ports, unfortunately it costs way more than when I bought it just a month ago but I wish someone would do a review of it since I can't find a single one for it.
I have been wanting to get one to do a review, but since the price on them went up, I have not been motivated to buy one.
@@DLMtechgarage completely understandable it's not bad at running games for a workstation GPU but it definitely isn't worth anything above a hundred dollars imo
@@zk0rned yup, I should of gotten a few when they were like $40... smh...
@@zk0rned should i buy for 51.2 dollars /??????
Thanks for the great video. I'm looking to get one of these because surprisingly this cheap card should support 4 displays. Just want to know how do you think about the noise level? Does the fan keep running even with light tasks or on desktop? Thanks!
yea the fan runs loud at first but when you install the drivers it quiets down, the noise level is barely noticeable, but a bit audible while gaming. advice for getting this card is make sure you use DDU to uninstall the driver. without it, it does not like to install the driver.
@@DLMtechgarage Thank you! So say I should use DDU to remove my nv driver, switch the card, turn on and install new amd driver. Question is will I boot into the system with a new card but no driver?
@@ethanzhang7740 use ddu to unistall the old driver in safe mode. turn said system off after the removal. place new card in and then install the new amd drivers with the card. for some reason that card is a pain to install drivers without DDU
@@DLMtechgarage Thanks!
Does it have 60FPS on roblox full graphics?
Would you recommend this card if i want to play red dead redemption 2? My specs are i5-2400 8gigs of ram and 300w stock psu and its a tower case. Nice review btw!
No. I tried and couldn't even get it to play
Since this card has a Cape Verde Pro chip in it, you may be able to force install Radeon HD 7750 drivers. I've had such luck with other workstation cards of this era.
Might have to look into that. Appreciate the info!
Did you try??
@@DarkLinkAD I did, and I had no luck with this particular card getting any other drivers to work with it.
Is this better than the Intel HD4600?
hello I know this question isn't about this video but I need help
so I'm thinking about buying a dell Optiplex 990 small form factor but I have some questions
will it fit into a atx case or what will it fit into as in what size is it you know like its atx micro atx which one is it?
secondly, they have that big cooler on it can I just put a standard intel CPU cooler on it?
I know ill have to get an adapter for the front panel
connectors, but ill also be using a atx power supply will I also have to use a power supply adapter for the 24 pin connector
thank you for any help ALSO
your channel is so good you deserve so much more subs and I hope your channel blows up your videos are so help full!!!!!!
thanks and hope you can share the channel to help me out.
so those pc's will fit in any matx or atx you would. you are limitless with your options. for the psu if you have the 8pin on the board then you will need the 24 pin adaptor. I did a video dedicated to these question along with a how to guide on it. will post the link below. don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have!!

I wish there was away to unlock the rest of the shader core
Me too, probably some bios modding but that is beyond me.
How much fps it gives in GTA 5 with 8 gb ddr3 ram, i5 3500 3.3 ghz processor?
not sure never tested that game with it, but looking at some sites it does meet the minimum specs.
You installed the most recent supported workstation driver?
yup the most recent from AMD's website.
If I plug this in with my current graphics card will it work? Like will it give me the extra 2gb?
no, it will just show two cards and let you choose either or
i have w2100 and idk if its worth try those game idk if its playable
it would play some basic low requirement games but not these. the limitation with that card is the ddr3 memory. get a card with ddr5. That's why I use the w4100. cheap and with the ddr5 you can play most games!
@@DLMtechgarage oh yes thanks i bought a ddr5 gt 730 its has playable 1080p at low settings. it has arrived this morning.
@@Joscatiny crazy how much of a difference ddr5 makes!!
How much power supply is required to run this card properly
card is rated at 50watt, I would say depends on what computer you are putting in it, but the oem's they come out of typically run a 230w psu.
@@DLMtechgarage thanks bro
😂 Uncle Sam taxes, oh man
thats not 1080p
doesnt decode vp9 or h265 so no good to me
hi
ha!
