Which do u prefer more? Wanna get a 6spd f80 for my next car but the dct shifts so fast idk if its worth compromising the driver feel/experience over a faster shifting car? What ur r thoughts brother maybe i just gotta test drive both n see what i like better tbh
I hate how good DCT was because it makes me miss it and wish I had it back at times 😂 for me the best way to make the decision was what matters to you and what's the purpose of the car. I plan on keeping mine as a forever car so I 100% wanted/want a manual car. DCT was amazing, fast, and comfortable VS Manual is more fun, connected, and to me seems like a whole different car & experience. What bothers me most is Manual gearing is too short for the freeway (80mph is 3K rpm) so I end up driving much slower where DCT I could cruise at 100 and be around 2500-3K, Manual face-plants when shifting when doing a pull, even with high torque and at low rpm the car is pretty slow off the line when just driving normally. With all the negative differences I absolutely love the Manual F80 and 100% want to keep it forever, it's extremely fun to drive, the car feels insanely fast for being stock, and it's much more special/rare of a car. DCT was amazing I can only hope of owning a CS one day and having both 😂 hope this helps!
@@chacebarnes01amazing response thank you brother most likely will go with the 6mt as well just for the same reasons you did living my dreams thru ur vids lol hopefully i can afford one pretty soon. Are you able to change the gearing? Keep up the content brother 💪🏼
Sorry for the re-upload! Copyright issues and audio issues after 😂
