You gotta Hussle for your own money for your own paints and shoes. Don’t ever depend on anyone for what you want. I started off all on my own and I’ve been doing pretty good with customs so that’s a way. Don’t ask your parents for money find any lil way to make money

I would say yeah you would be good to go then. The other route would be trying fabric paints but I can’t necessarily recommend any
