Don't hector me Tom...
Aye am not hectoring you! Aim asking you a question! Answer me!
@constanzavictrix I remember the show with Miller and Gillick well. Miller was supporting an artist who was putting tiny aborted foetuses into earrings, which is why Gillick was talking about 'empathy'. I think Gillick had a point.
She did. It was freeze-dried aborted foetuses, which makes it even worse. The crassness hasn't lessened with time, has it?
Did I hear Christopher Hiitchens' voice towards the end of that?
@Oscar301 not all of them are British, Mr. Ignatieff is Canadian and used to be the Canadian Opposition Leader
Back when everyone had hair
Whenever I hear Tom Paulin I can't help but see a aged and depressed tortoise in my mind's eye.
Self-important arseholes
anyone have the full Hitchens clip?
The man at 1:54 looks like Bruno Monsaingeon.
He clearly didn't like the magazine because we gave his book a bad review...
Oh that's absolute BOLLOCKS!
Wish there’d been Peter Greenaway getting furious with Derek Malcolm and another critic after the savaging his film The Baby of Macon got. “These shrill cries of moral outrage! The film’s being pulled from theatres because of you!”
So many crimes against style were perpetrated then.
The Late Show...was excellent...
Motives of CIA
