Is there a way to traverse the AWW with out paying a fee? Or is there a map that shows the exact area of AWW so that you can avoid those FEE-dominated areas?

Beat The Devil timing is everything, if you go before the roads are graded then you will see the winters wear from logging. Been camping and canoeing that area since 1984.
