The United States enjoys the benefit of having two oceans on either side, a long Mississippi River that allows the heartland to ship materials to sea. Canada and Mexico are strong enough allies not to allow enemy forces within their territories and the number of aircraft carriers shows the different in transport infrastructure and again..logistics.
It is not so correct to compare a land power with an exclusively defensive doctrine and a naval power with more than 800 military bases around the world.

Canada and Mexico are strong enough allies not to allow enemy forces within their territories and the number of aircraft carriers shows the different in transport infrastructure and again..logistics.

@@JasonStatham_77 russias military is land defensive focused, while the USAs military is offense focused. since the USA is so far away from most countries and being sorrunded by water it needs allies and bases around the world, for it to have a strong navy and aerial combat force. Russia however got bad geography and can easily get invaded if not for its power, therefor Russia is focusing on defensive thecnology. espacially when it needs to worry about protecting its massive territory from all sides.

What? The USA hasn't had a real victory since the 1940s lol. As of recently, we only fought third-world countries with no Air Force, navy, nukes, drones, or even a defense system. Quick living off victories from the past and applying in today. The uncomfortable truth is that not a single US soldier today have any real modern experience. Every soldier with true experience is retired. I know the western media is saying Russia is losing when they're literally taking Ukraine inch by inch but think to yourself why the US does not want to get directly involved. The USA has never stood back until Russia. We never hesitate to drop troops in third-world countries but we are afraid to engage with Russia.
