  • Welcome to Latifs Inspired. In today's video, Latif presents you a mouthwatering fish pakora recipe that will leave you craving for more. These crispy and flavorful fish fritters are perfect as a snack, appetiser, or even as a side dish.
In this step-by-step tutorial, our expert chef will guide you through the process of creating these irresistible fish pakoras. We start by marinating fresh fish fillets in a blend of aromatic spices, including turmeric, cumin, coriander, and Kashmiri chili powder. The marinade infuses the fish with a delightful mix of flavors, ensuring each bite is packed with a punch.
Once marinated, we prepare a simple batter using a combination of chickpea flour (besan), plain flour, and baking soda. This creates a light and crispy coating for the fish. Dip each marinated fish fillet into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated, and carefully place it into hot oil for deep frying.
Watch as the fish pakoras sizzle and turn golden brown, emitting an enticing aroma that will make your taste buds tingle with anticipation. We recommend serving these pakoras with a tangy tamarind chutney or mint yogurt dip for that extra burst of flavour.
Whether you're hosting a party, looking for a quick snack, or simply want to indulge in a delicious treat, this fish pakora recipe is the perfect choice. Join us in the kitchen and create a culinary masterpiece that will impress your friends and family!

Big admirer of this channel and I'm sure the recipe is delicious as always, but I think you might want to take another look at the colour balance in these recent videos. For some reason they're coming out extremely dark - for example, the fresh coriander at 3:00 comes across as dried, and the finished pakora has the appearance of being slightly burned, even though I'm sure that's not the case. Hope you can get it sorted, and looking forward to more of these home style recipes in future!

love all of your recipes. Living in Australia now there aren't many Bangladeshi restaurants and even less BIR ones, so learning how to cook this style of Indian food is great. There's a guy here that used to run a British style Balti restaurant, but he retired and now runs just a food van. Apparently, he's the brother of the guy that owns what was my local Indian restaurant in Wolverhampton lol.
