    Ma'am, u r my manaseega guru. I'm a teacher. Whatever I learn for my reasons, I teach my students some useful mudras nd practice for few minutes to bring them calm. Works out very well Tq so much❤.

    Peace. It was difficult for my left hand to do the last mudra. Fire and Earth (my moon and sun). Water finger on my left hand kept trying to get in on the action. I need practice in the morning. Thank you! Namaste

    Pranamudra I practised , it made me uncomfortable, because it increased running nose watery eyes , I become normal when I discontinued the mudra , mudras are not same for all
