I had no idea the lasagna was vegan! I always saw the cheese in the picture and just figured it was real. Can't wait to try it! Nice review!
Glad you liked the video. :) Do be careful, they do non-vegan versions of both the mac and cheese and the lasagne, so double check before buying.

I really liked the Amy's Kichen Vegetarian Lasagna product recently, very well made and tasty, the Lasagna box looks small but cut in half, the meal is bigger and very filling and is enough for two people or for two seperate meals for singletons. I recently became a strict Vegetarian but before that I rarely ate meat in the past

Rice Mac and Cheese contains dairy and real cheddar cheese. It says so right on the box. Nice review presentation though.

Great review!!! I love the meals and so does my husband!! We're going to be picking some up at Walmart and recaptivating our love of her vegetarian meals though it would be nice if they were a little cheaper!!! But, that won't deter me from splurging a little on her from time to time, hehe!!! ❤️😍
the red curry was good but there wasn't enough rice. I always have to make more which kind of defeats the purpose.

rice is easier to make than curry.
I didn't know any of these were vegan. Does it say it on the package or do you have to read the ingredients?

I love the lasagna! Indeed a bit spicy but I like it. They have 3 different lasagnas I think and just 1 is vegan. :( I am having trouble finding the vegan one in Toronto. I hate stores are getting the vegetarian only. I also like the tofu scramble.
The lasagna is so good I eat it all the time😍
I got the brown rice with vegetables. It also said organic tofu on the front of the box, and the picture on the box showed a lot of tofu in the bowl. It was fairly bland, which is ok, but it only had one small piece of tofu in it. One. For the price, over $7 for this little bowl, I was at least expecting more tofu.

Australia really needs more variety when it comes to what’s available from this brand, our vegan sections are just 1 fridge section consisting of literally 1 fridge lol, we have the burritos albeit I don’t like them and they are very expensive for their size, the mac and cheese which isn’t really a favourite of mine either, the mac and cheese with broccoli love this one the most and 4 different soups and that’s about it. A certain health food store has 1 extra and that’s the cheese enchilada which was delicious but it’s made from corn and corn is not good for me, makes my stomach really big, because it’s a high GI carb load and I have insulin resistance.
So yeah really like no variety, oh we also have the lasagna I forgot, very very good, probably the absolute best. Unlike one comment below I think the quality justifies the price, after all they are gluten free and organic and pretty low carb compared to some other meals I’ve read the nutritional panels on.
Your lasagna was completely different from our one, looked different, different taste.

Big fan of most of Amy's products, just stay FAR away from their gluten-free pizzas. I can eat any crap frozen pizza, but theirs was the absolute worst me and my wife EVER had. With that said, Amy's non gluten-free pizzas are quite good.

if you are not planning on eating it all, you should take a small amount out of the package and put it in a small bowl, because if you keep double dipping, saliva can start to dissolve the food, and letting your boyfriend eat that is not good!
