Hey, this Musio sounds great and I have Hywd Opus Edition. I see you can try for free and also monthly, but being new to orchestrating, would it be possible for later to add to Logic later?
Hey there! I think I might just be misunderstanding the question but you can use both Musio and the Hollywood Opus Engine libraries in Logic or most major DAWs out there!
Exclusivity is a terrible idea... 🤨 That 95% is such a huge exaggeration, don't get me wrong, I love Musio - but it's like 50% of the Kontakt versions. Which is why it's great for beginners and hobbyists, no professionals are going to be using Musio. Just be honest about what it is, please.
@@ZeroKami86 I'm gonna have to disagree on this point! Often times, professionals need to write quickly, efficiently, and in a way that conveys their ideas professionally. Musio is a fantastic solution for this- sure we give up some of the extremely detailed controls but we know that the Musio interface is getting more DSPs, mic signals, etc. And quite often, I use other plugins anyway to tailor my FX regardless of player (Musio, Kontakt, SFA, & so on) Overall, I don't think it's trying to be Kontakt but more so make the writing process easier and more efficient from the hobbyists to professional levels 🙌🏼
@@micwarren21 Or course! What I do like about it is that CineStrings Core will give you some common techniques will this Pro library has the more extended/additional techniques- so they can work together!

What are you using to control volume? It looks like a ribbon controller or ipad? I'd love to find an app that I could control volume with.

I think you released this video early, CineStrings Pro isn't on Musio yet. Yes, my Musio version is up to date.
Hmm, I'd definitely keep an eye out for a Musio update possibly soon! I saw that they officially announced the release on social media today 😄
Combining Violins 1 & 2 is a bit of an oof moment, but I guess it saves space which is what they were going for...

Does the bass only cover a little more than an octave?
Some of the of the other articulations are more than that octave! In the official release some are specifically labeled as “octave”
@@RobertRodriguezMusic Thanks for quick response. That could could be limiting, I do subscribe monthly, there are some great patches.
