- Phoenix and Faith have lived, neglected, in tiny cages for years. They're only alive today because locals sneaked in and gave them food and water.
They were in a terrible state when we found them but in just a couple of days, these street dogs' fortunes have turned around.

I’m sitting here shaking my head in disgust. I’m a retired police officer, and volunteer at my local shelter, so I’ve seen way too much animal abuse. I have cried so many times. I have tears in my eyes watching these little pups. I’ve adopted a German Shepherd that was absolutely shut down when I brought him home. He’s a different dog 2 yrs later, but I have to give my other Shepherd most of the credit. I hope you consider adopting these two together. It might help them recover a little easier.

I adopted a senior horribly traumatized and neglected male dog 5 years ago. Best thing I’ve ever done. He still has bad separation anxiety. He never leaves my side. I love him so much

Bless you for offering to adopt them both, now that would be wonderful, if these two cuties could stay together, I truly believe it'll help a lot, during this 19 minute video, I could alreasy see huge improvements in them both, I hope so much that you can adopt them, good luck, they need patience, love, cuddles, to be spoiled & loved some more.

I rescued a dog who lost both eyes from bad breeding and had bad skin. She wasn't the prettiest dog, but she was loving. She would run around on the beach, enjoy life, and for me watching a badly damaged dog come alive, loving life was so very rewarding. People asked about her eyes, she was a conversation topic and I got to know so many like-minded people through her. In a heartbeat I would do it again if I was staying with my family in Phuket. Although my son is moving to a villa that allows pets so who knows in the future. Faith and Phoenix are so lucky to have you to support them through their early days of freedom and to recover. Thank you 🙏

I have hope that you will find people in your worldwide dog-loving community who will clammer to give Faith and Phoenix the best forever homes ever. They are so cute and deserve wonderful homes.

Just thinking the same. You can see they trust each other so training, getting rid of anxiety, building trust in humans will be much easier if they are adopted together.

The food definitely helped Faith, but i also think seeing phoenix trusting you and enjoying all the pets helped her realize that you're an ok human :)

Five isn’t old at all for a small dog. They often live well into their teens so they have a lot of love left to give. Also many people want the “misfits”, the ones less than perfect. We adopted a 7year old dog that had no teeth and had heart worms and she was the best dog ever.
Yes! I adopted my former dog, a Pug at age three. He went completely blind at age 12, but lived until he was 17 years old! Sweetest, snuggliest lap dog ever, I miss him. 💝

Pity to these dogs for their long neglect and suffering. May they heal well under Niall's and friends' loving care. Hope they'll spend the rest of their lives happy and pampered.

Phoenix is starting to look like the cute dog he was meant to be. Faith will take longer to heal, but she will get there. The neglect of these dogs is outrageous. I think there is someone out there who will adopt both Faith and Phoenix. They deserve a good loving human who will cuddle them.❤

When I think back to my golden retriever who would occasionally get a tiny matt in his fur, I would feel SOO guilty. It was heartbreaking to see the condition these two sweeties were rescued from, but what a joyful end to the video. I am always amazed by the resilience of dogs and also the compassion, kindness and patience of people like you Niall, to counter all the cruelty in the world. ❤🩹

They are gorgeous!! Sadly I wouldn’t be able to afford the adoption costs but I’d take either or both of them in a heartbeat! You won’t have a problem re-homing these sweethearts, I’m sure ❤️
I just can’t believe a human can see the state of these dogs every day and do nothing. I hope they both come thru well enough to be adopted. I had to skip through parts of the vid as I couldn’t deal with it. I will increase my monthly donation because of these two souls. Thanks to everyone involved in their rescue.

All these dogs are so lucky to have you and your team on their side. How you restrain yourselves around the people responsible for their suffering I don't know.
They look similar to my little old Shih Tzu rescue. Shih Tzus are very resilient, very playful, and cheeky as well as cuddle muffins, I think they will both be running the roost soon and have you all wrapped around their paws 😂. Becoming king and queen of Happy doggo Land, they definitely deserve It! A heartbreaking video, but also a lovely one. Thank you for rescuing these 2 sweeties, I know its not easy, but so worth it ❤

It is heartbreaking to know and to see that these two dogs were in a very poor health condition due to cruelty, abuse, neglect, and abandonment by their owner. He deserves a jail time for his crime.

I have rescued five chihuahuas (not all at once though we currently have three). I can say for sure that even the snappiest and most anxious of little dogs can become the most loving and fabulous, funny family members with enough time, love and patience. I hope they can be homed together eventually - ours certainly found confidence through each other 💕
