I'm sure Omegas are great these days but I'd rather have that watch . Great , proven movement and much more reasonable service options . The steel is fantastic . Excellent . I'm also a big fan of Guinand , Muhle Glashutte as well as Damasko but other German brands that average folk could save up for also . I've a sense you can't go wrong with that . Very cool design .
I really like Damasko and Muhle. I could see adding one to my collection. I'm not familiar with Guinand but plan on checking out. Thanks for watching and the awesome feecback.
I would keep it. Unique design. Hyper legibility. Looks like a straight up precise German instrument / tool. Nice pop of color with the red seconds hand and printing.
Big fan of Sinn, the scratch resistant coating gives me a lot of peace of mind to where it at work and has meant that I have ditched my digitals completely. Now I just have my 856 and a Stowa marine and I'm really happy 😁
I have an Omega Seamaster Professional 300 in blue on the OEM bracelet , the Sinn U50 on an army green nato and a seiko tuna SBBN049 on an Isofrane strap. Perfect 3 watch collection. I sold the doxa because I hated the lume.
Sinn for the winn. My 104 St Sa (H-link) has rarely left my wrist since I obtained it. I want a white 105 (the 6 o'clock date is better, symmetrical, but the hands on the 104 dominate). An6way, I'd like a white 105 to contrast the anthracite 104, and I'd love a U series at some point, and those EZMs... 🤤 *556i RS shall be ordered this June.* Its been in and out 9f the cart multiple times; it's now or never, before the price creeps up any higher.
Been wearing my 104 St Sa now most day for about a year. I really have to force myself to wear anything else. To that end, I'm ordering a 556i RS in about a week. My watch collecting niche has narrowed to German automatiks. The Sinn EZT, Damasko, Glashutte 🤤
I got a Sinn 104 St Sa (H-link) last June to commemorate a milestone. It's a double edge sword, bc it's about the only watch I wear now. I really have to force myself to wear anything else, despite havingany that I really like. Ordering a 556i RS (H-link) next week. The first month or so of ownership & I realized that my collecting journey will now be focused on German automatiks. The Sinn EZM and U models are 🔥, Damasko, Glashutte 🤤 All that to say: quit fkn around and order the Sinn. Every day that you wait is a day that you won't be able to wear it, and the prices are ever increasing. Lawd, I wish I got my 556i when they were about 1K (now 1.6K) 💸
@@hgr.7857 If I were to to get a Sinn 104 that is the one I'd probably consider. The Green Special Edition is one that has caught my eye as well. Is yours on the Fine Link Bracelet?
I thought that was an issue with the SW200, not the SW300 that is inside this watch. From my experience, the 300 has a fantastic hand wind and crown feel where the SW200 was gritty and didn't inspire confidence

The U50 is a keeper.
Not totally sure actually. I recently offered it up for a trade. #flipper4life
Sinn is excellent. I have a quartz, oil-filled watch. It feels pleasant to wear a beautifully-engineered mechanical wonder on one's wrist.
The oil filled are very cool. Off top of my head I think they have a U50 variant that has that tech.

Well said. I agree.
I own an omega smp300 and I still want a u50. My advice would just be to enjoy the sinn and continue to save for an omega.

I'm trying to get rid of a few and buy my first Sinn, I love them.
Awesome. Which model?
@@TennesseeMike I want an 857 and the 556a

Excited to hear your thoughts on my all time favourite watch....the Doxa Sub 300!
Should be in end of month. I will definitely do videos on it. It’s been on my radar for a few years. I’m very excited to add to my collection.
I gave the U50 and for a few years.
It’s a great watch. Just wish they’d get that tool less clasp out the door for the tegimented bracelet.
I agree
I love the look of that watch, just not the movement. A movement that can't handle handwinding is a bummer
I’ve heard of issues with Selita movements. I personally have had/have several. I’ve been lucky with Zero issues.
