Yep was very cool. Not a big fan of Rokhold but my opinion went up the way he was talking to the kids. If I was a kid and Cormier was training me and Khabib walked in I’d have a coronary.

I'm for Mcgregor, but I have to say, the team spirit in AKA is really impressive. Seeing a champ giving is time for training kids and another one mop the floor after the training, is a true lesson of humility !

everyone notice how khabib is always going all out? in those mountain climbers he is going all the way to the top of the motion, like a wrestling shot, and then all the way back and moving his hips...every clip you see of him is him going full bore and he never gets tired, or at least doesn't show it! So impressed with his character, sense of humor, humility, and the relentless pursuit of perfection.
I mean his effort in undoubtable, but I feel like in this case it's bad form.

I do know alot of the drills that wrestlers and grapplers do can definitely be bad on the joints like neck circles/bridges, entry shots (forgot the name where you walk like groucho marx) but mountain climbers seem like they cant do too much to hurt. Thoughts?
Mo Yo AKA gym is known as the gym where most guys seem to be injured all year round.
