Impact Testing Exemption on ASME VIII Div 1 Pressure Vessel - API 510 & ASME Exam Question

  • Bob Rasooli describes impact testing exemption process on ASME VIII Div.1 Pressure Vessel which is an API 510 pressure vessel inspector exam question and ASME course exam question. The evaluation shall be done based on UG-20(f) if exempted by the UG-20(f) no more assessment needed. If not proceed to the UG-66(a) and if exempted no more action and if not exempted, proceed to UG-66(b). Similarly, if exempted no more action and if not, proceed to UCS-68(c). If exempted no more evaluation and if not, then you have to conduct impact testing.
