Good video Eric. I haven't seen any you tube videos of internals that were posted by api guys before. I've done internal inspections before the API cert process began implementing. People always ask me why I love internals. That's were the coolest things are that few people get to see. Everyone is like a great work of art created by the most violent reactions. Thanks Eric. Sincerely 36726

      Nelson,
Thanks. I have a couple of videos that are filmed while doing internals. There is a lot of cool stuff to see while performing an internal, One of the reasons I'm still in the business!!

Thank you for your sharing Mr. Eric.
I wonder have you ever see any damage due to corrosion or distortion on vane type demisters? Also in your video the vane type moisture eliminator seems collapsed closed to its center is it correct or is it just because of the angle of the video recorder which misguide me. Thank you in advance. Keep sharing your valuable experiences.
    Regards,

      Burak,
Mechanical Damage yes. Corrosion, no not normally.
These vanes are a little bent from rough handling, but they just appear mashed from the angle, though there is an unusually wide gap from install.

What do you mean your going to do API 510? Tell me the scopes?
Do you mean to say, you are going to perform an API 510 inspection?
And you want me to tell you the work scope?
Is this what you mean to say by these two sentences?

Have you read through all the referenced API & ASME code material?
A true and thorough understanding of the combined printed material is necessary for a foundation to becoming an API inspector.
A person who learns the tricks of the trade without learning the fundamentals is not a tradesmen, but a trickster......Mr Eric.......
The scope is the entire code source material.
