- Actor Priyanka Chopra is as outspoken as ever as she talks to NDTV's Editorial Director, Sonia Singh. On featuring on a Forbes' list of powerful people, she says she has worked hard and deserves the zeroes on her paycheck but she's also happy to be breaking glass ceilings on the way. She talks about facing up to Bollywood's "Weinsteins" and losing some film roles because of it. Priyanka Chopra also opens up about her battle against racism in high school where she was called 'brownie' and 'curry'. Breaking her silence on the Padmavati controversy, Priyanka tells NDTV that she stands by team Padmavati and hates that actors are made scapegoats in a polarised atmosphere. She also reveals what will finally get her to "settle down" and have a family.

I love Priyanka Chopra and glad that she is experiencing success in the U. S film and tv market. I started watching Indian films a few years ago and found them very enjoyable. I can’t remember if it was her character bring interviewed in one of her movies or if it was a real interview, but I remember hearing her say she wanted to Star in some American films were the roles were not specific to an India woman. She wanted to play parts that anyone could play. And now she is experiencing just that!
She deserves to be called as a super star, infact she has snatched that tag love u priynka..keep going.

Ash is a good person in her own right. Even if she had all the eyes on her years back, she is still holding herself straight. She is a terrific hard worker as well. And the grace and ease she has in pulling things off is amazing. Only thing is that the interviews of her person is far fewer than her photos circulating on the net. She is someone who respects her space and age and is has beautifully layered now.
