But a beast with 7 heads and 6 horns will come to devour it, but will b saved by the holy spirit.

In artwork, the Beast has many appearances in a form, not just a dragon, but a seven headed leopard or a seven-headed chimera. In Highschool DXD volume 21, the Beast given a name 666 (Trihexa), the Apocalypse and Emperor Beast of Apocalypse.
You know 666 is just a roman translation to the Roman leader Nero.
666 in Roman numbers is DCLXVI, so it's every Roman number in a row. That makes it a symbol for the limitations of the mind of that time I heard.
