Everyone was so sad back in '90 when they learned Arnold wasn't returning. Think about it. HOW could anyone be the same person after an experience like that? Dutch was probably locked up in a military asylum or something. NO WAY would his superiors believe such a story, even if the CIA did. If Dutch wasn't locked up, he was definitely traumatized by what happened to him. Anna backing up his story would have had ZERO validity.
Yeah, even the micro-nuclear explosion could be explained by the rebels somewhat having access to uranium. The less unreasonable explanation.

and menacing, but he was also
mimicking Billy's laugh from earlier.
If you listen closely to Billy's laugh
and the creature right here, you'll
see that's exactly what he's doing!
The camera work between Arnold
and seeing the countdown was also
pretty cool and the background score
fit everything perfectly imo

That whole franchise is the product of a sick mind: to make a creature that hunts other creatures, only to kill violently for sport, and then if it is defeated in battle: it activates a nuclear bomb. In effect saying: If I can't slaughter you, then I will utterly destroy you. It's a demon, to Hell with it!
