Davinci Resolve already has a similar feature and works very well isolating voices from background noise and echo. It's good Premiere also implemented. That will make both Adobe and Black Magic improve.

The more disrupting the noise - the more “muffled” the voice sounds after enhancing. But overall cool feature if you are not making voice acting or something similar

Surely a good way to enhance some takes, especially when shooting more documentary footage. This still has to feel "real" and not staged. So, to fix unpredictable environment situtations, it'll work just fine. 👍🏼

I have noticed that enhance speech tends to work better with a western accent. To prove this, you can try speaking in some other language in one of the noisy environments you tried, and then add enhance. It tends to replace some words with an annoying fake felt american accent to those words... Or sometimes just replaces the word!

I don't know which software it is, but I see it everywhere currently and it annoys the hell out of me. It may look nice when you watch the video for the first time but following the tutorial just makes it more difficult.

On studio mics, audio enhance does not work. with shotgun mics in normal rooms, or even some footage where the audio is bad quality, its really good.

it improves the audio but there is a high loss of high frequencies and the naturality and the mix is not really good it mixes the trash audio and the fake audio and makes it even worse on my opinion
