Turn On Any Light in 3 Steps with Photoshop

Learn how to add, create, and turn on the lights with Photoshop! In this lesson, we will go through a three-step process to create the right environment, add a realistic light source, and finish up by lighting up the environment and adding glare. I am an old person. And I am doing Graphic Designing. So, I have a problem
My computer is Windows 10. My Photoshop version is 2020. So, whenever I do something in the Photoshop can’t save it. Because it says it’s a Cloud Document. I like to save in a PSD File or in a TIF File.
How can I overcome this problem? Please tech me very Solly in English. It will be a great help for me if you do so.
