Four of a Kind - The Lebowski Set

- A while back we got together to play some tunes at a place called Café Lebowski. It's a very weird place, decorated with a complete, real, stuffed giraffe (called Long John), a picture of a pair of rabbits engaged in activities best not mentioned, and other eyebrow-raising objects. It made us feel right at home, and inspired us to write this set of tunes, which we call The Lebowski Set. We're very grateful to misters Jeroen Geerinck and Ward Dhoore of Studio Trad for recording and filming us.
It’s bodhran playing like that that puts the instrument respectfully in a circle of trad musicians...super tonal control, great dynamics, so supportive of the tune, and all without any fancy single-ended triplets or rolls. True tasteful class playing. Absolutely love it.
