Over 40 - Is there hope for getting pregnant with your own eggs?

- I hear from so many women who have been told they need to give up on trying to get pregnant with their own eggs. Is it unreasonable to keep trying when "the statistics" don't look promising?
As a clinical psychologist and fertility coach, I'm sharing my thoughts on this matter as I read through an email sent by someone in this audience who is 43 and recently was told she should consider donor eggs.

I'm 47,soon 48. Had miscarriage two times, after myoma op, one IVF, second myoma op, preparing for second try of IVF... Still believe that nature will give it's best😊I'm a doctor and now about statistics... Everyone has a moment developing in heart and soul, body will follow. So I'm giving my best doing meditations, prayers, practicing gratitude, spending time in nature etc... And hope for the best outcome 💕💕💕keep on your great work
Thank you Natalie for this video as well as all the others. I have been following and supported by your channel and work for 2 years now and I really needed to hear this today. This journey is very hard and bringing in so much of emotional up's and downs. Listening to this video strengthen our choice (my husband and me) to do not seeing much of the conventional health providers then really needed. I'm 45 turning 46 next month ( your story of the same age is held dearly in my mind and heart, it gives me so much hope🙏), I had a miscarriage on July 2022 at 7 weeks, age 44. I am a late bloomer in this life time ,all came "late" in my life, hopefully this will be also just about a matter of time 🙏

Stats was against me aswell according to the medical world. I followed a Mediterranean diet, cut sugar, did yoga, took ubiquinol etc. And fell pregnant after 10 months of trying. I was 42 turning 43 at the time.

Natalie, thank you. I have been looking for ages for this approach to fertility. You just solved me the huge problem I was having of coping statistics with hope. It was very hard for me to keep going with those statistics all around. THANK YOU. You are my light. I’m not there yet instead when it comes to that magical balance you were mentioning, but I hope that working with you will help me address that too. I was thinking about the comment that you shared on my recent livestream with Kendra Tolbert....you mentioned feeling afraid doing anything wrong. I think this is so common, and I would consider doing a video to dive into this issue more. Do you think that would be helpful?
@FertilityfromtheSoul It may. I am going through IVF my count has decreased. It is hard not to understand what you see. I just woke up anxious this morning. I had to turn on my essential oils diffuser and journal. It's a tough journey at 39.

Just regular cycles and ovulation doesn’t necessarily lead to pregnancy because of male factors involved
