- This 15-minute guided fertility meditation is designed to help you relax your mind and body to bring your system into its best alignment for getting pregnant. I’ll be guiding you through a few gentle movements, followed by pleasant imagery and affirmations to support deep relaxation.
This is a shorter meditation designed to fit into smaller spaces in your day or for a quick wind-down relaxation to prepare for sleep. You can pair this with my other meditations if you’d like a longer session.
Listen to this at any time of your cycle, to help you relax, to support hormone balance, to support implantation, and to fill your body and mind with positive energy.

Not every meditation will resonate with everyone, and sometimes a meditation will feel different at different times depending on what’s happening within you. Thank you for giving this a shot. You might like to try my meditation for Inviting Your Baby or Warming Your Womb to see if those are more fitting for you. ❤
@FertilityfromtheSoul I didn't because I was trying to do this while laying down doing a castor oil pack and I didn't realize there would be a ton of movement involved.

And if you give this one a try again, do it at a time when you can spend the first few minutes with the gentle movements....I think it's less than 5 minutes before we settle into stillness. This is a shorter meditation and the movements are designed to help you downshift more quickly.
