Thank you so much for the continuous supporting information and encouragement for women over 40 who are working to conceive. I just turned 47 and chose to do IUI despite the advisement of the fertility doctor. I had my 1st IUI and it didn't take. When I asked for any advice for the next one, she said that there wasn't any bc I'm healthy but I'm just old and for me to face the facts. I told her I didn't receive that. Her eyes got big and she said, I'm not saying that it can't happen through IUI but it's a low chance. I told her I still didn't receive that message. For me, I wasn't putting that message in my spirit. My husband and I are both healthy and I know that this will happen for me.
Again, thank you because you are a spark in a world who tries to project doom and gloom for those who are 40+ working on conceiving and retaining a healthy pregnancy.

I highly recommend a hysteroscopy. I didn't know for many years that my uterus was covered by a white layer, caused by an infection in the past. My ultrasound scans looked good and the doctors kept saying my uterus looks healthy. This condition was neither visible via ultrasound scan nor aqua scan.
The embryo can't implant if there is a layer on top of your uterus. (I saw a video clip of the operstion, it looks like white cotton). Only operative hysteroscopy can remove this. In my case I also found out that both my tubes are blocked due to the same reason. Of course do swabs, vaginal as well as a swab (microbiota test) during the hysteroscopy, because there can be bacteria further up while the vaginal swab looks perfectly normal! If they find a bacteria (chlamydia, ureaplasma, gardnerella or whatever) take appropriate antibiotics, as well as Probiotics as and vaginal Probiotics for the flora balance.

I'm 45 turning 46 in June, in the same boat. Currently doing IVF. Had a few failures until I finally discovered the reason thanks to operative hysteroscopy and the reason was not age related. Doctors are quick to blame it on age exclusively.

Awuu thank you for this 🙏 this comment reassuring me and validating me for starting to try "late" as it's one thing that I am beating my self up for allot. I know that each and every one , individually and as a couple we have a unique life path which I wish that most of the time I could be simply in acceptance of it and be more easy going about it - easy said than done 🙏❤️

I literally skipped around the kitchen after watching this feeling so much lighter in my heart. I have recently looked into and started the ball rolling with a mild / natural IVF treatment and am also confident this has much better results and a healthier process for mid 40s.

Thank you for this video, the whole series has been sooo supportive for me. I was sobbing from just listening to you, it got me so emotional, easy these days ... Your story of waiting for the genetic test reminded me of my hard time dealing with the uncertainty of these whole journey - the before and during. This rollercoaster of hope and grief which is so exhausting and scary. The biggest challenge for me on this journey after stress reducing is to keep on the growth mindset, it's literally a daily choice I need to do almost day by day as the mind naturally and automatically go to the other side in a blink of an eye, mainly the catastrophizing way of thinking 🥺.
Thank you for helping and supporting me on taking this choice today. I'll be definitely coming back to listen to it again and again 🙏❤️
When you look at the statistics of any one of us existing at all, and all the necessary people who had to meet, interact, be in the right culture or environment, have the right experiences and expectations, skill sets… just to survive to become our ancestors… we are all impossible. In my opinion that means anything is possible.

Very inspiring I want children I have healthy eggs I just not have a mate to try with mid 40s 🥰😇
I’m 44 and I have my thyroid going against me I now have sub clinical hypothyroidism now hasimoto’s thyroid not to mention nontoxic multi nodular goiter that has to come out affecting my breathing hair loss etc… besides low amh and hi fsh
oh goodness. I'm sorry you're facing all these challenges. I hope that you're able to get good support in addressing these issues. Find practitioners who will listen to your concerns and help you find solutions.
I'm curious about peptides that may help with fertility. Does anyone here know about that? I started a cycle of epitalon, but I think there are some that more directly affect the ovaries/eggs.

@@FertilityfromtheSoul Zhenoluten is one of them. It's suppose to normalize ovary function. I don't know much about it besides that. There aren't many reviews online.
She should get Aimee Raupp’s book “ The Egg Quality Diet.”
There are many approaches to nutrition for fertility and my impression of Aimee Raupp's appraoch is that it is highly restricted and controlled initially at least to determine food sensitivities. If you look at the reviews some people find it very intense and high maintenance, which is generally the opposite energy of what I'm encouraging. Some people may benefit from this kind of approach particularly if they are suffering from food sensitivities. Hove you implemented her recommendations, andn if so, how was your experience? Energetically, I find Kenda Tolbert's approach to nutrition to be more energetically aligned with my style. @LiveFertile
And what if you have premature ovarian failure??
What tests were done to determine that and how old are you?
@@FertilityfromtheSoul I am 40 years old. My AMH is very low and i have only 2 follicles on my right ovary. My periods are very irregular...
