Not true. He's negotiated out of gardening leave. At the start of 2025 he's free to go wherever he wants. Which is why it's really obvious he's not retiring. There's no need to get out of gardening leave if he's leaving F1
Maybe Adrian Newey has some 'guilt' following the treatment of SLH by RB and FIA and still wants to right what wronged at Abu Dhabi 2021 and thereafter.

I know the grid has to be so pissed that SLH is getting a Newey built car after all. Even when sir Lewis loses he still ends up winning. The FIA and Crooked Ben S. had the opportunity to fix it when RB broke the cost cap. And could've awarded Lewis his rightly deserved 8th WC.. he would've been retired by now had they did right by him... but they only delayed the inevitable... Lets rewrite history shall we..

things, and therefore (b) he is out in front with no others to worry him (others meaning half the grid)...
