It's important to set aside vet fees, my hamster has very weak teeth and he needs monthly trimming which means since the half of 2022, I've brining him to the vet every single month yeap non stop. And the basic teeth trimming at the vet cost me $135sgd alone which also means around £65, without medication. I am very thankful that till today despite him turning 2 years next month he is still very healthy. In my country an exotic price will be doubled up. So I always visit the savvy vet with very experienced vet, care for hamsters.

My last hamster cost a lot in vet care and still unfortunately didn’t make it. He was only young bless him.
