LMS 46115 on the Cumbrian and LNER 61994 on the Fellsman 20th & 19th June 2013

Seen climbing to Wilpshire near Blackburn and filmed from the same field, 46115 Scots Guardsman is seen on the Cumbrian Mountain Express and K4 61994 The Great Marquess is seen on the Fellsman

Hi Phil. Fairly pleased with the panning, though there is room for improvement. Could do with Monopodman doing that shot some time. On the Scots Guardsman clip I was pleased that it shows the fireman shoveling. The 61994 silhouette shot turned out better than I'd hoped. Regards Mark

Hi Andrei. I dont know the reason behind draincock problems. It was running about an hour late when it came past me. I think they had an ash problem. Glad you liked the silhouette shot. First attempt, must try it again. All 3 comments and Joseph (Monopodman) like it. Regards Mark

61994 must have been spending too long at Carnforth; it seems to have contracted the LMS draincock problem. Lovely silhouette shot.
