Thanks Alan. This is only the third time I've filmed on this line and its not overly far for me. I was hoping for the 56 but a 37 is a good replacement. The line is very scenic. I must film a stone train on there sometime when there's some colour in the land and leaves on the trees. regards Mark

Hi Mark, Yes a 37 does look good ( and sound good) and your idea sounds good, too. To get consecutive parts of the branch and sew them together would be even better?

Hi Lea thanks for watching. I didn't know the answer so I've googled it and according to KWVR theirs has an AEC engine introduced whist it was with British Rail. I couldn't find out what engine was in the Ribble Steam Railway one. regards Mark

Monopodmansdad hi found the number in a old magazine , googled 79962 railbus .All the details came up ,it's at the vintage carriages trust, out of service for 25years but being restored and yes it does have its original German buessing engine. Many thanks for your reply.
