I am so glad that you guys straight away didn't go to Paradise Biryani like most travellers do😂 it's very pale version of authentic Hyderabadi biryani actually.
Now that you guys have tasted the original spicy Hyderabadi Biryani, I would recommend Paradise Biryani which is less spicy. Hope you guys have had a pleasant stay in Hyderabad so far😊 love from Hyderabad

Lol original and authentic hyderabadi biryani made in Muslim households and wedding feasts is even milder than Paradise. The spicy biryani being served everywhere in Hyderabad is more Telangana biryani than authentic Hyderabadi
Guys , Iam glad you came to Hyderabad....Welcome to the land of spices and greatest cuisine....will suggest some places please try if you have time...pls try world famous Biryani, karachi bakery biscuits, irani chai, haleem etc.
Hyderabad Famous Biryani : Have it at Bawarchi, shaadab, shah ghouse and Meriddian.
Andhra Breakfast : Chutneys, Minerva, Ramki bandi, Varalaskhmi tiffins etc.
North Indian / Buffet : absolute barbeques( AB's), Ohris etc etc.
Andhra cuisine : Srikanya comfort, Abhiruchi, Subayya gari hotel, Kshatriyas etc.
Best Cafes and dessert stores : Concu, gourmet baklava, Naturals ice cream, funnel creamery and many more.
Its the best and most happening city in india....Have fun 🤗

Pro tips for eating Biryani.
Dont add Raita in the beginning. It will mask the original flavour of rice .Can add towards the end though to cool it off.
The server didnt do a good job explaining and also he didn't serve it on your plates.
Once served on plate mix the rice to spread the masala evenly and this will bring down the spice level.
Drink thums up or coca cola on side to enhance the Biryani eating experience
Prefer hands over spoon to enhance the taste.

The raita/yoghurt, which accompanies the biryani, is to neutralize the spice in case the food is too spicy for you. You can also check out if they serve half plates. This way you can taste two varieties of biryani. Your videos are very lively. Love your energy.

Famous biryani centre's in Hyderabad is paradise since 1857 next is Bawarchi house third is shaghouse and fourth is Shadab. Every restaurant had different tastes bro😊 after biryani you should have Irani tea which is famous in Hyderabad or sweet qubani ka meeta😊
I don't know why bro, but whenever I go to Hyderbad for work, the best biryanis I have had are from local biryani vendors on the street. And I say that after trying out the holy 4 of Hyderabad (Paradise, Bawarchi, Shadab, Shahghouse) !
The local hyderbadi uncles with small shops which have been there for generations, those are the ones I keep having whenever I am there.
Thank God for Delhi Lucknow Kolkata and Hyderbad. For food, especially non veg. I would've been lost in life if I wasn't born in a land with these 4 food rich cities ! I love my country ❤

Good going you two. One of the main ways to not get any bugs in food in India for foreigners is to eat a lot of Curd or raita or dahi or lassi when you first come to India. Curd is a natural probiotic. you will not get any stomach problems once you start with curd diet for 2 days (not necessarily for 4/6 meals,) 2 meals after reaching India. share with your fellow travelers to protect them from getting bugs.

It's the city where you can look for jewelry and end up finding the perfect plate of dum biryani instead! I am just too sad I didn't get to maximize my Indian escapade few years ago. Hopefully, my travel dart would hit this country again and perhaps, explore the deepest place I can find!

You’re in the old city part of Hyderabad where the streets are narrow and ridden with potholes. This part of the city has been always this way since it’s heavily populated, houses crammed into each other with no scope for expansion or development. Hope you have made a tour of the other segments of the metropolis ,which is well developed and modern, to have a complete picture of the Hyderabad city.

Hey Matt! Shadab is one of the best places to have biryani. The spice level was a bit high and uncomfortable for you. If possible, before you both leave Hyderabad, it's a great idea to stop by Bawarchi for lunch. Like Shadab, the do biryani as well, but it's a lot more forgiving on the spice so you won't burn. It's also super busy like Shadab is and the biryani is more flavour than spice. It's been visited by many other CZcamsrs too. It's super easy to get to. Take the Hyderabad Metro green line and get off at RTC Crossroads station. Also, beware of any fake Bawarchis. The one at RTC Crossroads is the only authentic Bawarchi. Cheers.
