Dug some clams here in SC. I'm using Riesling to cook them - adds a nice riesling sweet note. I just keep all the juice including the clam juice. Nice touch with hot peppers in a white vinegar. Thank you so much for this video!
Might be one of best videos saw on CZcams, in RI always have calms, even softshell or steamers, so many things can do either way, love casinos, raw bar, stuffies, clamcakes, steamed dip in butter, fried clams with bellies, chowder🤤🤤😢, just off head.. was always free, now have to pay crazy prices, had accident so disabled, glad video popped up on homepage.
