Hello there everyone! Just wanted to let you all know that this is an experimental video. I purchsed some Kale and I never cooked or eaten Kale before so I decided to do a video on it. I could of added some extra vegetables to it but I decided to keep it as is, a video on Kale only. A future video on this will have several different things in it. This video is just a start. Hope you all understand. Thanks!

Hey Charlie! I sauté a l'il finely sliced okra and add to both my kale and collard greens. Yum! And healthy! ♥ Oh... I hit it with a l'il red pepper flakes too.

D. Hall My mother, used to cook collard greens, towards the end of cooking, she would add small tender baby okra, on top of the collards. I miss her, and her cooking, sometimes a person just want their mother.
I haven't cooked it before either. You guys have some great suggestions and I use pepper flakes in my other greens do I know it will be good.
I love kale, and always try to find different ways to cook it. I made a white bean, kale, and smoked sausage soup with bone broth and omg so tasty 😋

SEE, I just got home from food shopping and bought a ton of Kale because I know it's good for you and hoping I would like it after trying it a million other ways. I NEVER DID. I found your recipe and tried it....I did not have the Creole seasoning, but added pepper flakes from another viewer who made a comment. I must say HONESTLY I NOW LOVE KALE!!!! Thank you!

This was delicious Charlie! I didn't use the special butter because I didn't have it,. Also I put in a pinch of sugar to help with the bitterness. Even the 4, 6, and 8 year old kids ate it. Thanks for the recipe.

GOOD MORNING Charlie. it took me a while to cook this recipe but lord have mercy!!! ,I did it. at the end of my cooking I added a secret ingredient sugar! it turned out wonderful! .I also added spinach to the kale 😋 it tuned out great! thanks 😊 🫂 🙏 love you do your Hammer Time on the Table!!!.

I, cook my greens the same way, except I add, bell pepper, celery, jalapeno pepper,
and chicken, or vegetable broth, instead of water. Always, good tutorials.

Interesting twist on how to prepare this. I usually just add it to my Zuppa Toscana, but you have given me some ideas for additional uses like in black beans. Thanks for the great idea!
