PAN FRIED KALE POTATO / VEGAN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
4 medium size potatoes, cut into cubes
5 cupes of chopped kale
3 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tsp of cumin seeds
3 large cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp of ground coriander
1/3 tsp of crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1/2 of ground red chilli
salt to taste
NOTE - Adjust the spices according to your taste.
