As soon as i clicked on the video i knew the Quattroporte would be on the list.
But, if you had £15k and a lot of spare change for insurance, tax and repairs you would, tho, wouldn't you.
That burgundy one was magnificent!
I think the Arnage, with the separate headlights, may be one of the most timeless designs there is. Not the prettiest or anything, it just perfectly balances that old school classy Rolls/Bentley look with enough curves to be modern, both inside and out.
Apologising for a bit of stubble because you just got back from safari in Zimbabwe 😄 It's a hard life! I had to apologise for looking a complete mess on camera this morning because...well I couldn't be bothered to do anything about it and got out of bed at 8:58, no other reason.
I own a 911 c2s 997, which is fantastic, but i have also driven the first gen of the Cayman S (wasn't particularly impressed with it if i an honest 🙄) but i was very impressed by the cayman s gen 2, which i drove at Goodwood last September. Its handling was superb and it's by no means a baby Porsche or a poor man's 911 in my eyes at all!
Funny as, now you say it the xk and the db7 were both on the Jag xjs chassis.Thank you!

Apart from the Porsche; all will cripple the lay person financially so not 'too cheap'...ruinous running / repair costs! These should always be taken into account when considering buying.
nearly bought a DB7 a few years ago - still regretting not going through with it (the seller was a bit of a wanker)

JB just so happens to have done a review of both an S and non-S 981 Cayman and the S version is definitely a fantastic choice! Not that I'm biased...it was my 981CS he reviewed 😁
It's been a while, but I still feel the need to mention it regularly in the comments 😆 Was a very good car though, the road noise is really bad, but that's the only significant downside.

@@ApothecaryTerry for me it's heated seats, sports seats, PSE and possible sports chrono pack. Would want a black one with the sports design pack and wheels though I'm sure I can get the front bumper and wheels separately along with PSE if I bought a car without it
@@zaink7037 Interesting, I do remember your last comment now - my 3 cars before my Cayman all had heated seats and I never missed them.
PSE for me is also actually worse, it's louder/quieter but the tone of the standard exhaust is nicer and the volume is never too loud (tyres have that covered...) but it's definitely not too quiet either!
Standard seats are also super comfy, so I didn't look for sports ones, haven't tried them myself but I didn't feel I missed out.
I reckon if you bought a black 981S with any spec and put the bumpers (and perhaps a few other GTS parts) on yourself, you'd probably be pretty happy!
6.75 liter is the rolls and Bentley. Not 6.8
