All of my dolls are from Ashton Drake Dolls. Linda Murray is my favorite sculpt. When I take my doll out of the box the first thing I do is check the neck for the signature. Katie was my first doll from them. I now have 12 Ashton Drake Dolls and Katie is still my favorite doll. I love that they do the payment plan because I am on social Security. If it wasn't for that I would not be able to buy collectable dolls.

I collect dolls since I can remember; my late Mm always loved dolls and of course, in the 1930s never received as many as she wanted. And when she eventually after many year was promised to get a wonderful doll's pram from the toy shop on the other side of the street, WWII started and her dreams were destroyed. She had her confirmation in 1942, received a real ugly, huge men's wrist watch (which still had cost a fortune and was incredible hard to find!) and was told 'real to be too old' now for dolls or that pram. She spoke so often about.
When she got my sister, she was so happy and showered her with dolls. But my sister was never a tender character and disliked them. Then I came. I was more an accident ^, but now she had her reason to enjoy her hobby. Back then in the 1960s it was simple not possible to buy dolls as an adult for yourself. How sad! I could not have stand to be a grown up then!
Anyhow; though I loved the good old times, because I was small and was not touched by such problems, I love that we today have the Internet and all of its opportunities, as your page with these beautiful sweet dolls. It was such fun to search the stores and the streets with old stuff and find such lovely ones, bring them home and make them and us happy. But how often did we find nothing and came back frustated! And from some point of times changed, everything was called antique; we started to buy in doll's hospitals. But how expensive they all have been, even if a doll was only some years old or even new!
I wished so much we would have had 7nternet back then. .how much money we would have saved, but would have good such sweeties as the one you show us here! She is so lovely, I have to admit I fell in love with her :) Thank you!

Super bummed. We ordered Katie for our daughter's birthday in January, and she doesn't look like the Katie shown here (purchased through your website). Her quality is not as expected, as her sleeper ripped at the seam in the footies after gentle play, as well as the paint on her mouth is rubbing off. I've contacted the company several times without any response. This was our first Ashton Drake doll, and our daughter loves pouring over the catalog when it arrives. I'm hesitant to order any more dolls though!

I'm tempted to buy one or two of your dolls. Love Linda Murray sculpts as well. What I am looking for are dolls that have separate fingers and toes, poseable arms and legs, no 3/4s legs or arms, would much prefer full legs and arms so they can wear anything. The extra weight is nice, and the hand-rooted hair, and no wigs. I like dolls from 22" to 24" long, not the premies, nor newborns, just because I like the clothing available in those sizes. Last but not least, would love the head to be able to move side to side. I also like the vinyl you use, too.

I got mine through a third party seller on there cause she was discontinued on the Ashton drake site but i knew it was legit cause the bradford exchange was answering peoples questions on there. and I ordered Katie for my nephews little girl from ashton drake, even their Katie looks nothing like the pic they are showing. The Katie they show in the pics on their site is done by a reborn artist, the Katie I got from Ashton drake was done by a "manufacturer" Bright, pink, fake looking lips, factory plugs as hair, the whole doll was done by a machine for mass production, nothing like the doll they show. I still have the photos of the doll I received. Also the breathing mechanism was clicking so loud that it was louder than the doll laughing sounds. Needless to say, I returned it and started painting my own dolls.

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Very easy to see the difference in person. However, they make it look authentic by using your photos. You won’t know until it is shipped. Pitiful looking doll. How disappointing. I bought my grand daughter an authentic AD doll. It is gorgeous in every way. They do the same with clothes. They use the designer’s authentic photos but send something different.

On amazon, I have found puppy over the moon with your company name, and he is £169 which seems like the right price as on your website he is £149 without shipping, which amazon includes in the price. Hi I understand from where you are coming from but could I please make some suggestions.
I don't like the dolls heads because they are hard and I don't like armatures plus one doll I had off you Emily you couldn't pose her head or move her arms and the reason for this was the zip ties were too tight and they were also stitched which makes it impossible to move legs positions to sit the down.
I even purchased a second one and he was even worse.
I took the first one apart took out the armatures and the sand I'm not a fan of ashton drake or any others tbh but I don't think your quality is as good as you make it out to be .I understood that you are the Head heavy so its weighted but just make it like a reborns and weight it

How do the dolls arrive? Is it Fed Ex, UPS, USPS? How? This is my first time ever ordering from a company that does not have tracking. The only thing it has been saying about my order is that it is preparing for shipment. Why have I reach out to customer service via email and no one has reached back out yet? But you all have sent me emails about other dolls that can be purchased. I paid for my daughter's doll in FULL. I did not choose to do installments.
