They (Kardashians) use makeup &/or coloured hair spray (the retouch one for root regrowth) to even out their hair line when needed, they’ve shown this at various times on the show & their MUAs have also discussed it. There’s no doubt that they all love cosmetic treatments & surgeries, but not everything is a result of that & sometimes age old Hollywood beauty tricks are much more convenient, temporary & much easier/faster to achieve

You are right after a certain number of procedures within a short period of time counselling should be necessary before allowing the person to continue. I think Kim however still looks relatively normal for the amount of procedures she got done. I don't think she has dysmorphia the way Khloe does. Khloe needs to be told when she looks crazy from her procedures Kim is aware when something doesn't look right. Even when her filtrum elongated Kim knew it and said it either on the show or in an interview. There was a time years ago when Khloe did too much botox and when she laughed her face morphed weirdly and she needed to be told by others. Khloe started changing her face after Tristan cheated. Its like a reflection of the low self esteem from the cheating its really sad.

Very much appreciate the “futuristic insert” point that was made here. I used to be a SM Producer + Digital Content Creator for some very well-known celebrities and every single image posted goes thru an extensive correcting process of being edited/touched-up/colour-corrected/altered/fixed/“glammed up” in one way or another before being greenlit to post. Photos that look the most natural sometimes are the most manipulated of them all. So thank you for making such a valid point that these images people see, while they may be beautiful, are not a realistic beauty standard for everyday humans. A healthy way to approach them would be to view these images as more of an expressive art form rather than an actual beauty standard to attain to.

She got the "Hollywood" reduced nose tip, (Megan Fox et al) so that would give her a longer philtrum: more space between tip of nose & mouth, reason for lip lift, most likely. She has (autoimmune) psoriasis and should be more careful than others with fillers, etc.
She gained lots of weight during the pregnancies she had without the surrogate. So of course, she had tummy tucks and other sculpturing of body areas that were stretched out from weight gain during her "own" actual pregnancies.

As we get older, our hair does thin and even us ladies get the receding hairline so why she'd laser off hair on her hair line is so confusing. During the lockdown, I didn't bother with my hair and wore it in a high ponytail all the time. It made my hairline recede. I had to cut a fringe to relieve the pressure of my hair being pulled back all the time and because I was losing a lot of hair on my hair line - it worked and I'm so happy to see the baby hairs growing back. They do make your hair look fuller at the hairline.

I've learned a lot through actually experiencing the surgeries myself, but wish I could have just read about it online from an informative channel like this one.

Having done the vampire facials and hair treatments, I can say that for me at least they don’t make that much difference. The bulk of the drastic change you see in celebrities isn’t caused by less invasive procedures but rather by going under the knife directly. It’s interesting how on Keeping Up, they filmed Kim getting Botox and for the cameras at least, she seemed absolutely terrified.
This would probably make viewers think she wouldn’t want to actually go under the knife, when in actual fact it’s very obvious she’s been having ongoing surgical work. At around the same time she denied plastic surgery and had a scan of her buttocks to prove she didn’t have implants- she probably had fat transfers instead which wouldn’t show up on the scans. The point I’m making is she subtly led people to believe that the changes in her appearance are due to non invasive treatments and makeup, and then people will have the same treatments that are featured on her show and buy her products, but are left wondering why they haven’t had the same ‘transformation’.
