@cocolossal169 Totally agree. 👍 I think it was because Elton was so very close to Freddie. Elton was one of Freddie's very small "Inner Circle" of genuine, dependable, totally trusted friends, which provided the essential sense of security and protection that Freddie needed so deeply. This "Inner Circle" also included each of the band members. Thus, Elton came to know the guys on a much more personal level, through the bond of this Inner Circle's shared love, care and intense protection of the private, terribly shy and very vulnerable, personal side of Freddie, that very few knew. ❤💕💕💕
You saw the sort of vibe there was around the place and the names who had actually turned up to pay tribute it just goes to show just how much warmth and respect they all had for Freddie Mercury.
where did you get this one from? is it added as bonus material to FM tribute DVD? i only have the official VHS and another one with the full show that i recorded back then when it was live on tv but haven't seen most of this one... is there more? (apart from under pressure and STL reh. which are included on DVD for sure)
