This a great video and you can tell everyone is having fun. The truck held up really well. I was shocked. Many crawlers would've broken early on. I think you have invented new r/c activity called "crash crawling" or "bash crawling." You don't worry about gates to drive through carefully. You just goes as fast and hard as you can over or through whatever obstacle your facing. Keep up the good work.

@@DerbyCityRC On a different note, do you have suggestions for LiPO storage? Specifically something like the metal cabinet that shows up in your videos?
@Razdawg22 well even though a metal cabinet is safe, having them all in one pile together on there is still asking for trouble. I think what I’m gonna do soon is get 5 or 6 individual ammo cans to store similar sized batteries on each and then put them in that metal cabinet. Ammo cans have proven to be very good for lipo storage from what I’ve seen. Just need to remove the rubber seal so if a battery goes, it doesn’t build up pressure.

I’m sure you could with some upgraded electronics. I’m considering that, but being a crawler you probably would want to go with a sensored system adding some cost. I have no idea what motor would even be good for it yet lol

Can you reverse the difs in it ? switch it so the rear drive instead of front wheels when in two wheel drive.
I thought you could, but when I was trying it out, it didn’t. It was just dig, 4wd, and front wheel drive. Very possible I just didn’t do something right.

Just bought the AARMA Granite! Was on sale! Now need Deans to EC5 battery adapter (Amazon to the rescue). @DerbyRC: Which power tools do you use for maintenance? I haven't seen electric screw drivers that have small Allen bits
If it’s the 3s BLX Granite, I honestly wouldn’t recommend using a battery with a deans connector. The granite produces too much power and can cause melting and overheating. If it’s a decent and high rated battery, you could swap connectors. Otherwise I’d get one of these as a decent and well priced alternative: amzn.to/3JoHdKL
