Nice Video, My lumia 535 got stuck while i was updating to windows 10, only windows logo was showing, i tried to do soft reset but it wasn't working. Then i watched this video and tried with my phone. The phone is now working properly. Thank You :)

I would try switching cables. Your cable might not be connecting to either the phone or computer very well.

hello, today my Lumia 535 with wp10 version, required me another upgrade of its version. So, I did it, but when I've done a soft reset because of a little error with the notification, my phone had a black background with some writes about a boot and told me that I have had to re install the disc. So, I've got to an assistance centre and they recovered my phone, but now I have (again) wp 8.1! Now, do you advise me to install wp 10 again, or I risk to have the same error?Please answer me, thank you and sorry for my bad English! Hope you have understood my problem!
Your case is very rare. I have never even heard about having to install a disk on a Windows Phone. If you want, you can stay on the same build of Windows Phone 8.1. If you want though, you can risk installing Windows Phone 10 again, but you do risk the same problem. What I would do is wait for another update to come out. That way, you will skip the buggy update.
Thank you, but I asked yesterday to the assistance and they told me to try if my device could supported it. I tried and a installed also the anniversary and now the cellphone it's ok! Maybe they fixed the bug... And about the boot that told me to install the disk, yes, It's strange, it told me also the operator!

hy I reached till software installation then it says operation ended with failure the software is not correctly signed or not signed for this device . wat to do now .
I would try to use a different computer, or try using a different cable and port on your computer.

+Siv HD I would recommend getting help from a Microsoft Employee. What I would NOT do is call in. Head over to your local Microsoft Store, and have one of the employees help you out. Sorry to hear that it isn't working. May I ask what phone you are using. That may help in fixing it.

If you updated it to Windows 10, you can most likely just follow the steps in the video. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend calling htc about it.

Haha hour +hour +hour playing with kids stuff my daughter and son bust my laptop I have to fixed least 10 times now just let go for ever and Lumia 520 and 550 2 of them now need to sort it let see how much hurdle I have to face lol
