My favorite gang horse is Baylock because it is really cool looking. (I also now know the Raven Black Shires name its Unruly Bast...

Baylock is is my favorite gang horse. Which is funny considering he has such a rat of a rider.
We all want baylock here. Definitely my top 3 horses.

Nell 2 is a Kentucky Sadler if you pull up the item wheel in camp next to gang member horses it tells you the breed
So after I'd made my transition from Arthur to John he heads over to the Blackwater stable to buy a silver dapple pinto Missouri Fox Trotter to ease his sense of losing Arthur's mount. Stable says, "You don't have enough money to buy that horse." So John heads over to Aberdeen Pig farm and retrieves 10k that Arthur left him. Back to the Blackwater stable and it still says John doesn't have enough money, even though he now has $10,870. So I STOLE IT FROM THE STABLE.

In order to create a Super Arthur with the Blackwater Stable horses available in Ch.2, I spent 8 hours using your advice on v1.0
Not once did a Dark Bay Turk show up, so I resorted to the lasso glitch with a 100% success rate. It’s like the game knew what I wanted and finally took pity on me. Honestly, I’m elated.
One horse came up that I’ve never seen though, and it’s a Dark Bay Roan Mustang. It’s not a gang horse I’m familiar with, but I could be so wrong.
If it is possible to find these actually unique coats and stable them, I’d love to see that as a video.

I found this extremely rare mustang too, but i thought it was kinda ugly and went away 😂 now all i get is morgan and tennessee walkers.
Did this the other day looking for a dark bay turkoman and got it on the first try! Usually takes forever

I like a lot of the horses, but for some reason my favorite is the same as Kieran had in story.its available in epilogue at the tumbleweed stable.

I've always loved how the Flaxen Roan Tennessee Walker looked, but in my mind nothing will ever beat the Grey Overo American Paint or the Brown Leopard Appaloosa.
Sadly you can't get ANY of these before the epilogue.

You don’t have to reload to get the horses to respawn. You only have to ride to the cow pasture up the road.
Or apparently around the block, as I’ve just seen you do.

Hmmm i like the Gold turkoman named MIDAS but i also have a silver dapple MFT and name it SUPERNOVA ehehh but the horses are so hot tempered in this glitch
I was doing some glitches yesterday, found Bob- Sadie's horse, Taima- Charles horse, John's horse, Uncle's horse and Hoseas horse
And my favorite horse I was looking for- Rose Gray bay arabian

The best looking horse for me in the game is Cerberus, the Dark Bay Turkoman (the Braithwaite horse) and the second best is Biscuit or Buell.

So if I get the disk, and redownload the game, staying offline so it cannot update, get the horses I want and then update the game to the current version, it won’t erase the horses from my stable will it? This is a later edit. It worked! Also it’s possible to get the silver turkomon! One of them that pops up is silver dollar but if you try patting them and feeding them and begin to bond with them you can tell which is which. You cannot bond with a gang horse

Yep so true even the silver dapple pinto mft is so aggressive and has a hot temperament comapared to the latest version when u got it on the wild... The one in the wild is so calm and only took a few seconda to calm down with 1 tap

If you're on console, and have a physical copy of the game, you can downgrade rdr2 to version 1.0.0 and be able to do this glitch
I've recently started another go at rdr2 and I'm mostly finding the empty stable. the glitch is working because there was a piebald hungarian there once. any tips?

when i first played the game and i was riding that appaloosa i was so happy, then so upset that it wasn't mine and ended up with that scraggy tenesse walker, couldn't wait to get rid of it lol
That Mahogany Bay Tennessee Walker wasn't that bad, in my opinion it looked pretty good. But I do wish more of the gang horse coats were available to the player.
Especially Brown Jack.
Is there any way to use a duplicate horse glitch to be able to stable a gang horse ? ( for example the first Mary linton mission to rescue her brother, you can duplicate your horse at the part when you have to get him back )

My favorite gang member horses are Old Boy Ennis Branwen and Bob
So, I buy a disc copy of rdr2, disconnect my console from the internet, and download and play on version 1.0. Boom, some nice horses. Baylock is #1 on the list. Followed by bob, the golden DAPPLE Turkoman.

Hey guys just letting everyone know you can own and stable gang horses,,, I have hosea’s turkoman and javiers horse,,, got bored and tried it on the first version 1.0 and you can do it,,, you have to use a glitch elsewhere, go to saint denis and stable the first horse you come to, sleep go back, save reload till you find the horse you want, then approach it and as soon as you climb on the horse start smashing the L3 button on ps4 or whatever button you hit on xbox to bond with your horse
@Kapil Sharma when you first download it to your ps4 it’ll be the 1.0 version just whenever you see it try to update to the newest version either stop or delete the update till you get done doing whatever you need to do
@Kapil Sharma and yes you can get any horse doing this but it’s a process though,,, I always use silver dollar when I play but when your at the saint denis spot,,, save and exit not save and load. Now you may see him 3 or 4 times but eventually if you save and exit enough times it’s like it trips the game up and you can get him stable him put your saddle on him whatever you wanna do,,, I do it all the time
@Kapil Sharma to be honest with you man idk how the pc versions work,,, I’ve never played one on there,,, when you hit the pause button and go to settings, in the bottom right corner what does it say where it says build? Should see build and a bunch of numbers
@Kapil Sharma if you hit the pause menu and go to settings, in the bottom left corner it’ll say build 1099 if it says that you got the 1.0 version if it doesn’t than you got the updated version and I ain’t gotta damn clue where to tell you to go from there I’m only familiar with the ps4 version,,, sorry couldn’t help ya out
Those horses plus Sean’s, Trelawny’s and Kieran’s can be found in the Tumbleweed stable, they are the only gang horses that can be stabled I believe (without mods)

I Uninstalled my game and went back to the 1.0 version im in chapter 3 and cannot get the amber champagne Missouri fox trotter to spawn..I already have the silver one. I wonder why it won't spawn

Hey I was able to get lenny's horse in the companion glitch. From everything I've seen people say you can only temporarily ride companions horses. Either way I got a brown swaddled mustang lenny was riding an I was able to bond with it an sell it. Anyone else try getting companion horses with companion glitch
I can’t get this to work even though it worked around 3 months ago, when I did this around 2 weeks ago it just spawned 1 or spawned cheap starter horses you find in the wild. I haven’t even updated the game yet.
Maybe update your game then return to 1.0 version if you can tho

No horses are spawning for me at all. Not even the regular bad ones. I’ve tried reloading multiple times.

Yea, it got patched long time ago, though you can still use this glitch downgrading your game to 1.0.0 version
How can i go back to version 1.0
If u got the Game on CD: disconnect it from your Wifi, then u have to delete the game and download it again. It only works if you Play it offline. That's the way i did it

If you’re still wondering, the ones that are ridden by gang members only and unavailable at all to Arthur/John are unable to be stabled or kept since the game recognises them as gang members’ horses. Ones I know can be kept are Silver Dollar (Hosea), Boaz (Javier), Appaloosas (I think except Charles’ one), Sean’s silver tail buckskin and Kieran’s horse. Sadie’s gold dapple Turkomen will only be recognised in game as her horse only
This is where I get my horses, only downfall is they are all male, lol. This is also where Sadie's Bob shows up as a gang horse - the ones that you can't bond with

@@optimumpride7057 no I don't think it's like they are in RL, though the Arabian's temper is spot on. Actually, all of the breeds are pretty close to spot on as far as temperament goes
