Ingredients and preparation:
1 ½ kg (3-4 lb) pork
50 g (3 tbsp) mustard
4 tbsp soy sauce
50 g (3 tbsp) wholegrain mustard
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
4 cloves of garlic
Black pepper
4-5 strips of bacon (optional)
1 onion
100 g tomato
1 bell pepper
200 g mushrooms
150g cheese
2 tbsp parsley
Kitchen twine
