This video was so fun to make! *******EMI WONG, SYDNEY CUMMINGS, HEATHER ROBERTSON, ETC. WILL BE IN THE PART 2 DON'T WORRY******* I know I didn't include ton of other popular fitness influencers but there is only 7 days in a week and it would have been like a 6 hour video! These are just some of the girls that i have personally had a lot of experience working out to so i could give you my most honest and best opinion!

for me it really depends on the day tbh 😂 when I have a lot going on or do my workout in the afternoon or evening I prefer somebody quieter like Chloe. but when I do my workout in the morning I usually go for one of Cassey's videos for that extra morning motivation

when quarantine started i did begin working out w her and she did help me build stamina thats why i moved to a different one and also because it was getting repetitive

I think most people whose fitness level is intermediate to advanced/ has always been doing exercise, tend to find chloe’s workout not challenging enough
Size 14- size 10 in 2 and a half months thanks to Chloe Ting. I don't think saying Chloe is for beginners is an insult. I think that's actually why I really liked her. When I began my fitness journey, I immediately began with Lilly because that was my body goal but I literally found it so difficult, I quit after 2 weeks. Then a friend recommend chloe ting. I tried it and yes it was hard, but certainly not as hard as Lilly's. Plus her calming supportive voice really helped as well. I went from a size 14 to a size 10 with Chloe Ting. After that, I began following Lilly Sabri to keep the weight off and get more toned. I was now able to follow Lilly because i had already gotten used to working out thanks to Chloe. When anybody asks me, I always recommend Chloe as the starting point then Lilly when you're now used to working out and want to take it a step further :D

Even more reason she should be stopped before she destroys beginners and their fitness journeys before they get a chance to even begin. She's teaching complete bullshit nutritional information straight from Google that doesn't rely on any science, and shows really bad form during her exercises.
I loveeee to see a girl enjoy workouts just because she loves to work out, and follow her hunger cues because she knows intuitively what she needs to stay at the weight her body is happiest at! I wish I had girls like this to look up to when I was younger.

This is soo true! I started doing Chloe Ting’s workout and I’m now doing weight lifting plus circuit exercises and when I tried doing chloe’s again I no longer felt satisfied because it’s too easy now. But I’m glad that I started with Chloe’s exercise, it actually made me stronger and my cardio resistance is amazing now.

Chloe is the whole reason I STARTED working out in the first place, have been doing her workouts for months and I love them! I am now doing Lilly’s workouts for more of a challenge but I definitely love both of these amazing women 💖

Chloe Ting has a special place in my heart she was the reason I got into working out and living an overall healthier life, she is so encouraging and so motivational, I will forever be grateful to her. I recently started incorporating some of Pamela Reif's videos in my workouts though because Chloe's videos did start getting easier for me and I wasn't getting my desired burn. and I like that Chloe and Pamela don't do a lot of talking in their videos it's less of a distraction for me and helps me concentrate more on the workout itself. I love your video though!!! and I think I want a salad now! lol

If it's not for YOU, then i am so proud of you for realizing that it's just not for you and you should pick something else. I honestly did Chloe Ting’s weight loss exercise for 2 months now. I love how it’s easy to do, not that time consuming, and it definitely made me lose weight. These haters are so ungrateful to anything and anyone.

I've tried lots of different workouts. And my number one is Pam. I like the results from Pamela's workouts. With Pam I get relief and not volume, which is what I wanted. And her physical shape motivates me a lot.
A whole family working out together as quality time is so NEW to me, plus that gigantic workout mat is so cute lol. Really shows that you guys do this regularly! This was super wholesome, really enjoyed watching your journey + the candid clips of your family + your honest reviews 🤣 10/10

I’ve done Chloe Ting workouts and I actually like the fact that they’re repetetive because I feel more confident and it feels easier when I remember what’s next. Also I’ve done nothing during summer so the workouts are hell and I don’t understand how is she saying that it’s ”easy” ;-;

yeah, I mean I respect her opinion and okay, some videos can be labeled as 'beginner friendly' but as she also mentioned in the video you can make any workout harder by using weights or repeating the exercise. And as someone who has done 7 of Chloe's workout programs/challenges, I can tell you that i feel much stronger and that my muscle memory has grown bc even when I do now up and down plank I can do more repetitions than I could do it before. I think those 'repetitive' moves are important for you to get stronger progressively. I also like the fact that she has a timer and shows the next move, bc in e.g. Lily's workout you don't see the next move and she automatically moves onto the next one and then half of the time passes while she explains it so I find that really inconvenient. Anyhow, as she said in the video, everyone has their own opinions and choices so if it works for you, do it, if not, don't do it!
also some times, doing a move in a slower version makes the move harder for you
That's what I felt with Chloe. Then I felt prepared to workout with other coaches and I realized Chloe's were the easiest. I agree when she says She is for beginners. I'm a beginner and her workouts are simple but effective. I couldn't keep on track with the others.
Well she did say that she's been doing work outs since she was 11 so she probably got used to it, she's not a beginner she's a pro

First time watching one of your videos and I'm hooked! Loving your honesty, healthy attitude towards working out and eating, but most of all the cuteness of the fam workouts and how much fun you seem to have! 💖
I love Chole Ting, I have been following her since 2018 and I still remember how hard it was to keep up with it. After quite some time her workouts did seem to get easier and easier, which means that I did get stronger throughout that period. I later started doing other programs. I still sometimes do her workouts, when I'm not feeling it, or just need a break from other high-intensity exercises\\programs, or when I just straight out miss her. She still has a special place in my heart and love her for all she's doing for everyone

@@mariamawityoseph2128 During the start of the quarantine, I started eating healthy and was regularly following her workouts. My parents and everyone said that I did lose some fat. I did too noticed and felt that I was more toned :))
Pamela’s workout are perfect for those who don’t like weights but still seek for intensity and calorie burning 👍

I did my first day today. Chloe Ting workout. The warm up had me ready to quit. 🤣. Somehow due to the fact I hate to lose I finished the whole workout and cool down. My body soaked head to toe in sweat.
I think Chloe was hard but boring for me, I like fun workouts that make me sweat, but Chloe made me feel like I wasn’t strong enough and that’s why I got bored but I definitely agree Chloe tings workout are HARD AF

@@humanbeing6785 how about you eat what you want and then exercise? I've found that that is the most fun and effective way of fat loss. I would eat whatever i wanted and just tried to stick to getting a certain amount of protein for muscle building and then I would lift weights and do pushups and situps. Lifting weights make you soooooo confident. Especially bc it gives you an ASS. 😁😁😁😂😂😂and you feel really strong and happy. And it burns a lot of calories. It keeps burning throughout the day bc of muscle repair and then the more muscle you build the more calories you burn every day at rest and the more you can eat. Gaining muscle on your ass and legs is awesome and then you can eat what you want too. I recommend that over dieting.

I LOVE that you really try to normalize how everyone is different and should eat whatever amount of food they need to feel satisfied no matter what they look like/how active they are!!
I'm super tall and very active so it took me a looong time to feel comfortable with the fact that I can (and should) be eating lots to fuel/feel satiated even if my shorter/less active friends/etc. around me were eating less. Every body is different!! It's just so good that you acknowledge that :) ❤

Everyones saying Chloes workouts are for beginners but I am dying way more during her workouts than during pamela reifs workouts .. So maybe people need to understand that they are just different Styles and it depends on the person?! Has nothing to do with beginner or not

Both are really easy. Maybe thats cause I'm an athlete but they are a waste of time for my friends who tried them (and some are beginners)

I love how lost you are trying to do the tiktok dance workout! I started doing Pamelas weekly plans, and I like her a lot, but she also includes these dance workouts and I just can’t do those, I can’t replicate her moves and it makes me so sad and frustrated. So knowing I’m not the only one who struggles with that at least a bit just soothed my soul💕

I normally do Chloe Tings workouts after running, and that’s what gives me the best burn and results! It definitely feels harder after running or biking
