Ingredients:
▪︎140g almond flour
▪︎60g buckwheat flour
▪︎30g protein (I use flavourless, or you can use vanilla)
▪︎Dark Chocolate Chips ▪︎1 teaspoon of baking powder
▪︎1 teaspoon of cinnamon
▪︎1 tablespoon of honey
▪︎1 tablespoon peanut butter ▪︎1-2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil ▪︎1 egg
▪︎Almond Milk
Recipe:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C
2. Mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl together.
3. Combine the oil and honey together, then add in the peanut butter. Stir to combine and then add the wet ingredients into the dry mix.
4. Stir in the egg and mix together. Add in as much milk as needed to get a cookie batter texture.
5. Taking a spoon, add the mixture onto a baking tray. You should get around 12 cookies. Bake for around 8 minutes.

Just wanted to clear Gabriella Whited a little. The videos u watched were filmed while she was still struggling with an ED. Her mindset is completely different now - she talks ab weight gain, body positivity, eds and that exercising is for healthy mind and body not for looks. Her workouts are still short and easy tho.

I really think that when influencers go through transformations like this, they should archive all of their videos that promote they're old habits. I'm all for growing and healing but it is amoral to continue profiting off of your past ED while people who don't know any better can stumble across these videos and be influenced to repeat these behaviors.

Heather Robertson is my absolute favorite. I’m currently doing her 12 weeks program where she targets every body part on different days. I can already see changes. I will definitely give Caroline’s workouts a try when I complete Heather’s program. I love how supportive your parents are btw

@@orneragu9275 Just seeing this after 5 months. Yes, I did get results. Although, I wasn't really tracking my weight at the time(not a big fan of weighing scales), but I was consistently taking measurements of my body. I went from being a size 12 to a size 10 after a month and some weeks into the program. Other physical changes I noticed were: more visible triceps, better back definition, increased strength and improved posture. I felt better about my body in general. Aside from physical changes, the program has assisted me in developing healthy habits. Consistency is one of them. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who's tired of trying out random CZcams workout videos every week or wants to improve their health and fitness level. No matter what your fitness goal is, give the program a try. Keep in mind that some of the workouts may be really challenging on some days, but it's worth the push. Finally, Heather is an excellent coach. She was a huge part of my fitness journey, and she's one of the few trainers that conducts thorough research before releasing programs to the public. I took my time to write a detailed review😅. I hope this helps.
I feel like Koboko Fitness is extremely underrated. She’s got such an infectious positive attitude about fitness, it’s really motivating. Plus if you’re into supporting black businesses, I highly recommend her :)

I honestly LOVE Caroline Girvan. I have tried several programs, but failed to enjoy or finish them whatsoever. Caroline (1st place for me) and Heather (2nd for me) are in a whole different league. They have THE BEST workouts and perfectly structured. Also the best soundtrack! Caroline is more human (she actually gets tired too), Heather is more like an unstoppable machine. Great workout for intermediate/advanced too. Sydney (my 3rd place) is more for beginner/intermediate. I used to worked with her. She has some good workouts but I don't like all the talking everyday. Nice video!
Haha, you know sometimes I tune into Sydney, and there is so much talking I'm like 'woah, this is a lot', but by the end I'm like 'yeah you tell me girl, keep inspiring me!' And I like that she's goofy too. Very relatable. But yeah Caroline and Heather are epic aren't they?

I've tried Heather and Sydneys 3 month programs and I am currently doing Caroline's epic II. I appreciate how Caroline and Sydney are doing their workouts live real time with you so you see them struggle as well. Heather admitted that she filmed all the exercises, cuts and pastes them to complete one video so that is the reason why she seems that she does not fatigue or too robotic.

@@briconsidine4726 I was the same !! I love Cassey but needed change. I have been doing Heather Robertsons free 12 week plan and I have been seeing changes! Using the weights have really made a difference and Cassey never uses weights. I am planning on doing Sydney Cummings when I am done with Heather's 12 week program (next week). Both women are tough and are actual trainers unlike some others on CZcams who are not.

wow, this is only my second video on Linda's channel but she has easily made her way to my top 5 favorite youtubers. her honesty and genuine way of expressing herself is something so many people lack on the internet. i feel healthy and supported watching her stuff because she reminds us that everyone is different and we all have to do life differently. also, she makes me so excited to work out AND eat food ... like i just love that she says life is too short not to eat nutella. wow, an amazing human

Heyyy Linda I saw that you pointed out Gaby’s obsession with counting calories but she was on a mental health journey this year and gained so much self confidence and recovered from dissorded eating.❤️❤️❤️ that video about her food in the video was when she wasn’t mentally healthy but now she is doing great and focusing on feeling fireeeee🔥🔥🔥 love you so much you have helped me go through a lot this year and I just wanted to say thank you sooo much💕💕💕

So I just wanted to say that your vidoes keep me going everyday and even during this hard time watching your vidoes motivate me to do better and take care of my health while recovering from an eating disorder u really have changed my mindset on how I view my health,mind and my life.
