I can't explain how much I loved Monster Trucks growing up. I was always more of a Grave Digger fan, but Bigfoot was definitely right there.
Without Bigfoot there would be no Grave Digger or monster trucks.
I definitely love the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live shows. I've been to a few of them and they're getting better and better. I enjoy being at those shows over a Monster Jam Arena show. I excited to see the future of this series.

I still remember the first time I saw Bigfoot 1 in publication; the April 1979 issue of 4 Wheel and Off-road magazine. 45 years into the monster truck industry, Bigfoot is still my all-time favorite truck.

I remember my first time seeing Bigfoot! That's the era when he was going up against Bully. He was pulling the sled back in those days. Bigfoot may not get the air time like Gravedigger or Max D and all of the other "big name" trucks...but it will always be my altime favorite. Thanks for building something truely awesome Bob Chandler...you have provided a lifetime of great memories. I acually got to help put the tires on Bigfoot at the Jefferson County Fair back around 2002-2003 since the company I worked for was a major Firestone dealer. Thanks again and keep it up!

It was all good, until they broke out the electric Chevy truck with the Bigfoot name on it! That was a slap to the face of Bigfoot fans everywhere. They should take Bigfoot 5 and crush that thing or put Ford body on it. I been a Bigfoot fan since 1981 and to see the Bigfoot name on a Chevy truck was just not right at all.

That was a deal where Ford had dropped sponsorship in 2007 and Firestone a long time supporter of Team Bigfoot who was a tire sponsor for the MLB ⚾️ and Chevy was a official vehicle sponsor of the MLB⚾️ and it was asked if a Chevy body could be put on the truck. Bigfoot went as far as to dedicate a truck for that body and even put a Chevy motor in it as well. Loved it!

As of now, no! Seems like Feld Entertainment aka Monster Jam are still holding a grudge against Team Bigfoot.
No they wont work together due to the company named field likes to own rights and all products involving those trucks, Mr. Chandler is the soul owner of his trucks and company and doesnt want to give up right to a company, they basicly force the drivers and the ones who made the vehicles to fo whatever they want.

They didn't make an electric monster truck to be a competition race truck. It was merely a ''can we do this'' experiment. All the Bigfoots manufactured since then have been powered by the same methanol injected Ford big block V8's they always have been.
There are a lot of kids with special needs that might enjoy the doughnuts and car crushing, but not the noise or smell. Besides that, automotive sports are on a pretty serious decline because environment, so a DC monster truck is a friendly alternative to killing ourselves with huge amounts of toxic emissions. There are also DC drag cars, and F1/Indy style races. Don’t get me wrong, I completely agree with you - Without the sound and the rumble you feel in your chest, what’s the point, but that’s why autosports are dying. Nobody wants to watch that shit.
