I loved to watch Lynn Swann and John Stallworth go in NFL "Hall of Fame." That was a great Steeler day.

All respect. Fantastic player. Fantastic man. Ohhh how I sometimes wish that the 70's Steelers would take the field just one more time and people could witness for themselves how truly amazing that team was.

John and Lynn were the BEST recieving duo, maybe ever. And they proved it in an era where the Secondary wasn't as restricted as now. Kudos John, you were always a HOFer.

John Stallworth should've been named Super Bowl XIV MVP for scoring the winning touchdown in that game!! Period!!

John Stallworth is my All Time favorite STEELER. I loved Swann and others but 82 was my favorite.
I have 2 game jerseys of his. One black, one white. I would love to get them signed.

What a gift watching John play in the 70's, memories I'll never forget. Class man, and HOF receiver. Congrats John.

That Win Over The Rams Convince Me That The Steelers Of The 70’s Were The Best Ever .The Rams Shut Down The Steelers Running Game ,Stopped Their Short Passing Game ,Knocked Out Lynn Swann ,And Dared The Steelers To Win The Game With The Bomb And The Steelers Still Won !!!

Yes, dare Terry Bradshaw to throw deep to John Stallworth,.It's a plan.

@@brianmcgrath5977 What’s So Amazing About That Touchdown Which Become The Famous “60 Slot Prevent Hook And Go Pattern” Was Terry Bradshaw Missed That Throw Every Time In Practice But When It Counted In Front Of Millions Under Pressure He Threw A Perfect Pass !!!

A great Wide receiver, I thought he should have been a first ballot HOF. A huge part of the Steelers success in the 70's. Someone u love having on your team

Bill Nunn's huge contribution happened from 1950-68 BEFORE he joined the Steelers. Many teams did not have full time scouts especially in the 50's. Old Courier articles relates teams like the Eagles contacting Bill Nunn to learn about HBCU players. His Courier All-American teams were often the first clue to teams of players to consider who they would draft with late picks. Several are now in the Hall of Fame. Many of these HBCU players would have never played NFL football if not for Nunn's efforts. His exclusion from the Hall of Fame is ironic considering he worked for the inclusion of these overlooked players.

If AB didn’t mess things up, we could have had Lynn Swann and John Stallworth 2.0.

qntnbarrett88 Lynn Swann and John Stallworth were the best WRs the at time they were together. If AB didn’t go crazy, AB and JuJu could have been the same
