    I bought a new 4035 bad boy tractor with backhoe attachment.I'm very well pleased with it. I've got almost 300hrs on it and I work it hard. It does really good on slopes and it is very impressive in 4wd with differential lock.

    I love bad boys. Even bought a bad boy from this same dealership but I hate to tell you. Nothing beats a name brand tractor. My grandfather worked for John Deere for 41 years assembling John Deere tractors and he’s had quite a few different brands but for the money John Deere is worth every penny if you can afford one and on top of that they loose little to no value on their tractors compared to yanmar and bad boy and all the other off brand dealers. Same with kubota. I had kubota tractors that when I sold them I lost less then 5% of the value I paid buying it.

    The JD is much more "refined & prettier ", plus it has a mid-mount PTO. The BB is just about "entry-level" but still a very strong unit. If the JD was just 10gs cheeper it would be a better choice.

    • @kgmowers
      @kgmowers  Před rokem +1

      I agree. I call it fit and finish. I was just shocked when I looked at the numbers. Seeing stuff like this I hope these manufacturers will turn the equipment up a little, expecially on the capabilities. If another company can do it they all can.
      If I would have bought the 3039 I would just have expected it to lift a round bale being 4x4. I would’ve had to trade it in real quick to get me one that could lift more weight. I know the bad boy mowers have caused the mower companies to lower prices and up build quality.

      @@kgmowers Realy enjoy all your informative Tractor vidios. Have a new "Bad-Boy" dealer just 10 miles away ,just as a Branson dealer 10 miles away for a comparison( they are 4 miles apart). The comparison ( basically same tractor) with the BB's just 5% more cash-ola ( hydro-hydro units) . The Bransons HAVE gear drives in just about ALL sizes as an Option. To be "truefull" just don't like the BB "name" or color scheme & ONLY "hydro option" with just ONE BRAKE pedal. Other than that l am Realy "stearing' to the Branson gear drives & TWO BRAKE PEDALS. Just "need" ( want ) a 25-35hp tractor for the exsistant 21-54hp 4 tractor fleet. If the "price was right" l could be "swayed" to a BB tractor, but don't think it will happen. One of my friends sells them and claims they are the best out period. All weve had here in our area was John Deere and kubota. Mahindra dealer came in and is selling the fire out of iron, then my sales haven’t been shabby at all on the bad boy. Our area was just needing more competition honestly. I’ve heard of people dropping their compact 14k tractor off and getting a 10k repair bill like it’s nothing. That’s what is starting to change now. I noticed bills starting to go down at these dealers cause there is more competition can’t just charge whatever anymore. It’s helping everyone out here.

    Great video. I am a Deere guy. Last year I bought a new (2021) 3039R cab and absolutely hated the joystick. First off, it's cable driven and the cable has quite a few bends in it making the movement of the joystick very stiff. It was hard to "finesse" the bucket. It was either in the neutral position or full open. Deere replaced the cables, but that didn't help. In fact, my wife has a bad right shoulder and had a difficult time using the joystick because of the stiffness. We ended up trading it in for a 2038r open station. Thankfully (because of Covid and the lack of inventory), we lost less than $1,000. PS...doesn't TYM build Bad Boy?

    John Deere R - edition is the deluxe model, and the better comparison would be a John Deere 4 series not the 3 series. But Deere is always the most expensive. Pretty sure it would be about $10,000 -$20,000 more than a comparable Kubota or kioti . A dealer shows bad boys are here and they seem to be really taking off in the last couple years. It's like anything, your paying for a name and kind find just as good a machine, tool, shoe , whatever ext, for less money.n

Adding loader and bucket and with cab configuration, totals out to $50K. Thats not adding factory installed radio and having the EHydro option because they charge you extra just to have the Hydrostatic transmission.

      You know it’s funny I’ve been selling overseas utvs and it’s been so slow getting parts and customer service is lacking for us. So we went with landmaster which over 80% of every part comes from the USA. It’s truely built in America and almost fully sourced from here. People will drive them wanting American, and sometimes buy the Chinese made over them.
      With the overseas made utvs they offer a lot more for the money of course. There are pluses and minuses about each one.
      But honestly both puts money in Americans pockets and support america.
      What I like is after I started traveling an average person here makes 50k a year in the workforce like this. Over there money goes waay further. 50k can support over 20 families a year in most other countries, and only 1 here.
      Since meeting Christ it’s given me a different outlook on things like this. I bought a 4 seater amp ev Landmaster 4x4 for my family American made for $26k. I could have bought each member of my immediate family their own atv and utv if I would’ve bought fang power, vitacci, and odes products 🤔
