    The only problem with this is that you piss the weeds and grass off and it grows back worse than it was before you fixed it lol

      Probably true. Haven't been back to check, but will soon!. Just means more seat time!

    with a cutting edge you can peel that grass out of center way easier

    Nice trailer... I have a PJ 14' dump from Mayes. Live in Union County (Liberty, IN). I have a similar set up. Kubota LX2610 with cab (heat / AC). Landplane, log grapple, pallet forks, bush hog. I Just started doing gravel drives myself. Land planes are amazing yet simple tool. Nice video... it looks much gooder

      Do you haul your tractor in that trailer? Ours seems to barely fit on the 20'. Sounds like you have a nice setup. Good luck on your driveway work!

      @@muchgooderish it barely fits but I do have the loader up over the gooseneck.
      The only attachment that won’t fit in trailer while on the tractor would be the bush hog. But I can strap that to a pallet. Then use my pallet forks and lift it up over gooeseneck and strapping down the pallet. then after unloading at job site… easy peasy hook up to the quick hitch

    Well done! I have to do a similar project as yours (1/4 mile driveway). Question: I need to get some chain binders for securing my tractor, how do you like yours?

    • @muchgooderish
      @muchgooderish  Před rokem

      Ours have worked out great so far. We bought them from Menards. We also use the larger size chain (3/8" grade 70) that we got at Menards. 20' ea. I believe. We didn't want to take any chances with smaller chain. About $75. Might find cheaper on-line or at Harbor Freight.

    Did you rip the grass in the center of the driveway with land plane blades, scarifiers, or both?

    • @muchgooderish
      @muchgooderish  Před rokem

      I used scarifiers to break up potholes. Probably 2 passes. The scarifiers weren't needed for the grass.. Only needed the land plane blades for that part.

    Take your blower with you, and you can spot blow off the grass. Beats bending over to pick it up or rake it.
